Tiny Towne is a family-oriented high-tech driving "Edutainment" center with the vision of inspiring a generation of safe drivers.
Our comment from DrivingSchools.Directory about Tiny Towne:
Tiny Towne is a delightful destination for young children that combines fun with education in a creative way. Kids love driving around in miniature cars, riding on the train, and enjoying the arcade games. The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, making it a favorite spot for many families.
Children aged 3-10 particularly enjoy the interactive driving experiences, learning important traffic rules while having a blast. Many parents have celebrated birthdays here, and they appreciate the helpful and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure parties run smoothly. The facilities are generally well-maintained, and the food is reported to be delicious and reasonably priced.
Despite the many positive reviews, some visitors have noted certain areas for improvement. Some children felt that the packages could be more enticing for older kids, and there have been occasional complaints about certain games being out of order or the length of wait times for rides. Additionally, there were mentions of staff needing to be more organized and attentive at peak times.
Overall, Tiny Towne provides a unique and enjoyable experience and is highly recommended for birthday parties and family outings.
Tiny Towne: Reviews
Negative experience: Came here on Christmas Eve, called to confirm hours. Upon arriving they said they closed early due to system issues.
Thank you for your review, May you please provide your phone number to [email protected]. Last admission was at 4:00pm and closing time at 5:00pm on Christmas Eve. As stated on web and Google thank you.
Positive experience: My babies enjoy Tiny Towne. They love driving the cars, riding the train & playing the arcade games.
Fantastic experience: Love it there. All of My children enjoys coming there with their pass. Especially, to ride the train and tour. They had so much fun there.
Positive experience: The experience was nice. I would like to see something else offered un the packages for the older kids rather than the train ride. Maybe additional tiny bucks because the older kids are not interested in the train ride.
Thank you for your review! The packages for the older kids offer access to drive the smart cars and the arcade as well! We will take your review into consideration
Fantastic experience: It was a wonderful opportunity for my 10 year old to practice driving. There was great service and friendly staff.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful place to celebrate birthday party! My girl and her guest had a blast! The staff was great and the food was delicious. I definitely recommend Tiny Towne for your next birthday party.
Fantastic experience: Super fun and interesting. My kids hade an amazing and fun time. They loved the little license.
Fantastic experience: Amazing you should come it's like saying your little one as an adult driving so much fun
Fantastic experience: Zahir Khorasi was very helpful. Thank you for making our experience a great one.
Negative experience: The vibe for a birthday party wasn't good. The hostesses for the party were horrible and didn't Interact at all. The workers were more interested in each other. The kidnthay drove the police car was the only kid I noticed enjoying himself with the kids...he has a curly afro. For the amount of $$ that was spent I expected a lot more..very disappointed.
Fantastic experience: Great fun for all ages! Wonderful way to spend the weekend.
Fantastic experience: shahdil was so helpful and amazing! made my nieces birthday 1000x better! will be coming back just bc of him!
Positive experience: Personally, I found it expensive to pay $47 for almost 30 minutes to ride in the car with my 9-year-old daughter! Could you make it a little cheaper? I loved the attention of the workers, but the prices of the cars that the children drive are high for the time they give!
Positive experience: My son thoroughly enjoyed his experience at Tiny Towne! First, he was issued a ‘Driver’s License’ so he could drive, which was really cool! He was able to ride the train and play games in the arcade area! We will definitely be returning!
Fantastic experience: Our kids had an absolute blast! Staff was patient and kind! Loved that they were quick to help kiddos on the track! Party planning was smooth and the details were triple checked! Lastly, that theme song for the choo-choo train is a bop! We will be back very soon! Thank you Tiny Towne!
Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing birthday party! From start to finish, everything about our experience was incredible. The communication was smooth and easy, ensuring all our needs were met. The kids had an absolute blast with the variety of fun toys and activities available. The food was delicious and kept both the kids and adults happy. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. The highlight of the day was the parade, which made my child's birthday extra special. I highly recommend this place for any celebration – we couldn't have asked for more! Special thanks to management for being great support and making sure our needs were met and everyone had a great time. The kids will definitely have a core memory after this birthday!
Fantastic experience: We have come 2 days in a row. Older one loves driving and the baby loves the train. Fun for family!
Fantastic experience: I loved it! I hosted my daughter's 5th birthday party here, and everything went smoothly from the initial inquiry to the booking. The owner was incredibly involved and available to assist with any questions. The deck is very spacious and airy, and you can decorate it according to your desired theme. The highlight was the birthday girl's parade! It’s a great place.
Fantastic experience: **Rating: ★★★★★** I recently visited Tiny Towne and had an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. As a mother of two toddlers, finding a place where my kids feel comfortable and cared for is a top priority, and Tiny Towne met all my expectations. The team was patient, understanding, and genuinely cared about making our visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The facility was clean, well-organized, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. What impressed me the most was the outstanding customer service from Zahir Khorasi. Not only was he knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and accommodating. He took the time to address all my questions and concerns with a smile, making me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Overall, I highly recommend Tiny Towne to any parents looking for a place that truly understands the needs of families with young children. We had a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be returning!
Fantastic experience: My daughter and I had an Amazing time at Tiny Towne! The peak of our visit was Abraham at the ticket counter, he was so kind, really put the cherry on top of a great time. Thank you so much. We will be back soon.
Fantastic experience: Best experience ever. It made my daughter's 6th birthday the best day ever. The facility was clean and the staff were super friendly. My daughter got a parade and unlimited train rides. We are going to work on her driving skills though. We reserved a room and had a great experience. My husband and I will be visiting again❤️
Fantastic experience: Amazing birthday party experience with great tasting food, plenty of activities for the kids, and affordable prices.
Fantastic experience: Tiny towne is sooo cute for kids.. my boys absolutely enjoyed it! Plus it's educational too
Negative experience: While my son seemingly had a blast, I was disappointed that MANY of the machines were inoperable. We were in the designated area for the train ride and after the previous ride ended for other guests, the “conductor” left without sharing there would be a thirty minute wait. He briskly walked away to go and converse with other staff at the refreshment stand. Waiting patiently, we moved to the refreshment area, made our selection and although 4 staff members were present, neither asked if they could be of any assistance and even expressed boredom verbally and physically as he tapped with impatience for me to place my order. I shared that I was waiting to be shown customer service with a simple , “how can I help?” sadly, after that brief coaching session the attendant still missed it and asked, “are you getting something? Ok, go ahead.” I ordered the pretzel and received ice cold cheese dipping sauce. Underwhelming to say the least.
Thank you for your review. We run the train at the top and half of every hour to educate the kids to respect time and schedule, but whenever we are busy, we run extra rides. We do our best to keep our games in working conditions, but unfortunately, like any machine, there is a chance that they brake down, that is why we have so many extra games in the Carcade. Regarding the Cheese it is always served cold with Hot pretzels, and the team will be very happy to serve as per your choice. Please ask for the Manager next time when you attend.
Positive experience: Good place to take the kids. Pretty expensive, but they have to monetize on the fact that there’s not much to do after one visit. It’s really great for one visit every couple years. The kids have a lot of fun driving around the track for 30 minutes (plus or minus), and the employees were very nice. We hadn’t visited in a few years, but we’ll be back in another 3 after getting our fill!
Fantastic experience: My family and I had a great time today at tiny town. The workers are very kind and super helpful ( shoutout to Zyhir, he was the best!) I would definitely go back and enjoy a day there again!
Fantastic experience: Wonderful experiences for our 3 and 4 year olds! Zahir and Shahdil were great with the kids, making sure they had a safe and fun experience. Non stop smiles.
Fantastic experience: Shahdil and Zahir were extremely helpful and professional. Would recommend and will definitely return!
Fantastic experience: We had great fun on this place. My kids really enjoyed car driving experience in the track. Thanks Zahir & Shahdil, there are so helpful and taking care of entire ride.
Fantastic experience: Zahir was so nic3 and patient with the kids. He made sure the kids were safe and when he realized my two kids were together he made sure they ride together.
Fantastic experience: This worker zahir was wonderful helped me with everything and made my experience 10 times better he deserves a raise will most definitely come back hope he is working that day..☺️
Fantastic experience: Zahir was really nice it was my first time he was patient with very outgoing person DEFINITELY should come by and experience the best customer service he deserves a raise really
Positive experience: Great fun place for all ages! Definitely will be back!!!
Fantastic experience: Zahir is an awesome employee who is very helpful with our issue! The place is fun for kids and not a lot of noise. Recommend everyone to bring kids here .
Negative experience: Wayyyyyyy Over priced for what it is. Half of the games didn’t work and you have to pay extra to play all the games. The workers all had attitudes, it looks like they hate their job. I’ve never been to a place that had so many dull and rude workers. It was sad. I wanted to ride the golf cart with my four year old but that would be an extra $22 dollars after I already spent $45. If I could give a zero I would. Won’t be returning.
Fantastic experience: Amazing place to have a birthday party. We had a bunch of four year old and their team was so patient with them. The employees were so helpful and willing to make any needed accommodations. They went above and beyond my expectations! Book your party here! So so so worth it. The food was yummy too!!!
Positive experience: Fun learning for kids to learn at an early age the rules of the road.
Fantastic experience: Grandkids loved it. Educational driving rules of the road for 9 y/o and up. Staff of kids were very attentive and kind. Good time but very pricey.
Positive experience: Good place to have a family event for the kids
Fantastic experience: This place is awesome! Met with the owner today and he was very accommodating in teaching us how to operate the cars and best ways to teach kids to learn how to drive.
Fantastic experience: What a great experience it was to have my twins 5th bday here. The people there were super helpful, the owner was amazing and obviously a great person to work for because all the employees we encountered were awesome and a great help. All the kids and parents had a great time. Fun family outing for sure. Most of our friends even asked for info to maybe host their kids parties there, everyone was happy especially our Girls.
Positive experience: I really give it a 4.5 but it won't let me do half stars. We hosted our son's 5th birthday party here. The staff communication was top notch. They were patient and answered all of my questions on the phone or via text. When we got there, all the staff were very friendly. The party room was decorated very cute and they personalized it with his color preferences. We appreciated that they did not have us pay an additional fee to bring in the cupcakes or balloons. The kids loved driving the cars, the train ride, and the arcade games. My son said he had a super awesome time!! With that being said, I would be remiss if I didn't express that I felt the package add-ons were a bit pricey. I would have likely gotten some additional food but $80 for a platter of wings, $40 for fries, and $60 for fruit was more than I wanted to spend. Same with the goodie bags, they wanted $72 for 12 goodie bags when I got the bags + fillers for $30 on Amazon. All in all I would recommend, especially for the 2-8 age range.
Fantastic experience: Really fun my kids had an amazing time and enjoyed every second of it
Fantastic experience: Tiny Towne is such a great place - my kids adore it. They loved the arcade as much as driving the cars and the train was also a big hit. The staff are so attentive and kind and really go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. It’s now become a regular favorite spot for us.
Negative experience: I saw this place on Tik Tok and got excited because I thought this would be an experience for my little cousins (6&7) and my 3rd grade students. The concept is really cool but a complete waste of money. Your kids would have a way better experience at Dave and Busters or Sky Zone. The Groupons aren't worth it per the salesperson as it doesn’t include the license. I don't think it was worth the money. i still have to find something to do with the kids upin leaving.
Fantastic experience: We recently visited Tiny Town in Atlanta, and it was an absolute hit with my son! He's been before, but this visit was the best time ever for him. The driving activity is a must-see for kids, providing endless fun and excitement. My son had so much fun racing and even got to meet the owner of his favorite place, which made it extra special. The owner was incredibly sweet and attentive, ensuring that any issues we had were promptly addressed and that my son felt special throughout our visit. He’s already planning his sixth birthday at Tiny Town! It's a fantastic spot for a regular day out with the kids!
Fantastic experience: I had my daughters birthday here and it was great! The food was okay and the staff was very helpful. The kids had a blast!
Fantastic experience: Our teen summer camp visited yesterday and they had a blast learning to drive. The staff and manager were so accommodating to us, and really made us feel welcomed!! Thanks for an incredible day Tiny Towne…from the Taylor Made University!!
Fantastic experience: I absolutely lovvveee this attraction. My daughter had her 10th birthday here and loved it. She advanced to the smart cars after getting licensed! My daughter, who is now 13, passed the test on her second try! I am excited for her to learn how to drive here!
Fantastic experience: Front desk associates could be more professional, website needs to be updated with current promotions, outdated. Overall very fun place for all ages 14& under!
Fantastic experience: So great... so unique... so clean! Can't wait to bring the kids back!
Positive experience: Good and inexpensive place for birthday parties. They do have party rooms you can use. Train rides and go-karts for kids
Fantastic experience: We took our youngest grandson to Tiny Town and had a wonderful experience. We hadn’t been there in about 7 years. The workers were excellent, helping out whenever it was needed. They were great with the children. The appearance was neat and very clean! We will go back.
Fantastic experience: Yesterday, May 18th we had our son’s first ’Big Boy’ party for his 3rd birthday. From start to finish the entire booking and party was painless. We are regulars are Tiny Towne for our family. It was a no-brainer to book a party here. I hope this detailed review helps you book a party here, too! At first I tried calling on a weekday to book. Maria was an amazing help and honestly full of information. She told me the facility was closed on weekdays and encouraged me to visit with the kids again to see the party spaces in person. Maria blacked out a time slot for me over the phone in case we liked what we saw. It’s safe to say that our visit was a successful one. We booked the VID Deck for 20+kids before leaving Tiny Towne that day. Mind you, this was 1 1/2 months prior to our event date. We left a 50% deposit and got to work booking child entertainment. The week prior and the week of, Maria was a great communicator sending ‘add on’ meal prices, additional kid rates and answering any and all questions that we had. The ONLY issue we had was guessing how big or small the VID Deck was before we got there. I looked through many many reviews on Yelp and Google to see the space to no avail. No worries, I was sure our photographer would capture the space perfectly. On the day of the party we arrived ahead of our time slot by 30/40min and had ‘all hands on deck’(family, friends and staff) to set up the party. During our check in we paid for an additional 10kids in case there would be any extra kids showing up AND we purchased a platter of chicken wraps and French fries for the adults. IT WAS WORTH IT. The pizza is obviously made on site - so are the other platters of food they offer. Everything tasted great. My kids are picky eaters — there were no complaints. We opted for pitchers of lemonade and fruit punch for everyone to drink. Again- IT WAS WORTH IT. Our party attendants were SO sweet and helpful(Jason, Yari and Laila). There was never a time that we were looking for them and could not find them! They would come to us and ask what else we needed. We hired multiple third party companies for face painting, ballooning and mascots(Chase and Marshall). There was SO much space up on that deck. My only complaint - it was hot with so much happening Lol The parade at the end of the party was the cherry on top. My son got to hold up traffic and drive around the track LOL He was so amazed by the entire ordeal. All of his friends had a train ride and tons of fun in the arcade.(I stress this point because the age crowd of kids was 2-7. We were concerned they wouldn’t have much to do). All in all, the VID Deck was the best booking option for Tiny Towne. If you’re going to have a party - have one to remember at Tiny Towne on the VID Deck. I’m writing this review the day after and everyone is texting me asking for details on booking and visiting for play dates in the following weeks. All of our extra/unused tokens left(5 cards that were unclaimed by guests not showing up) were added back to our tab and put on my son’s driver’s license. This was by far the best option for us to book a party. Everything was included. It’s hard to find an all inclusive venue that doesn’t break the bank. We had 25kids and 33adults in attendance. There was SO much space on the deck. I hope our photos help! If not — check out the video of the party that’s posted on YouTube by our photographer ‘Satin Images’. We love this place!! https://youtu.be/xebelj632Yk?si=H-MjNkFmlWYcmIPG
Fantastic experience: We came here for a party and we had so much fun! They have cool cars, arcades and delicious food! I highly recommend it, it’s a cool place for kids and adults!
Positive experience: we went the first time on Sunday 3pm. not sure if the ac is out but its hot in there. My kid had a blast but i will say he customer service from everyone but the guy in kitchen was terrible. The guy working the under 9 cars either needs to find something else to do or get fired. he is rude. Yelling at them to move or get up. just get in the car is what he said to my 5 year old as she went to ask him how it works. A manager needs to be involved with him before a parent steps in. no one mans the arcade half the time. no one was at the register when we walked in had no idea what todo so we walked around to find someone.
Hello Dustin, Thank you for your review. That is the best way to improve and provide a better service. we hope to see you again.
Fantastic experience: Tiny Towne, kids are always excited coming here, an especially our 3 years old son, racing with kids his age is the most amazing experience for him! Train , and birthday parties are good choice for age 3-5y.o. For kids age of 10+ there's a video game room, and test drive for golf cars, with traffic lights and sign⛔️️. Thank you Tiny Town team, for making our children feel so special.
Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic time celebrating child's birthday at Tiny Town! The kids were thrilled for the car and train rides, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. A big thank you to the Tiny Town team for making the birthday unforgettable!
Negative experience: Personally wasn’t worth the money. The track for kids 9 and under is incredible small and narrow and constantly has to stop for the kids in front. I wouldn’t recommend this place, but if you have to, it’s best for kids over 9 so they have access to the larger golf cart and track. The unlimited train ride is a bit of a rouse as the train only circles around the track once and only runs once every 30 minutes. It was my first and last time here. The manager was a bit helpful with my concerns. I like the concept of this place but truly needs a better set up.
Negative experience: Tiny Towne is a very nice experience for the kids. Every game, every car ride, every form of entertainment is catered to them and their size. The kids had a blast. The food was delicious. With that said, the reason that I'm giving 2 stars instead of 5 is because from the time we entered the venue, communication was terrible. Scenario- When making my reservation, attendant Maria was helpful and amazing. So, I rented a room for my daughter's 2nd birthday. We had 10 children. We ordered food and drinks. Communication issue #1- The rule is that when checking in for a birthday party that you planned, you provide a copy of your driver's license and the credit/debit card that you used at the time of booking. I did so. However, the Tiny Town system showed a completely different card that was used for the reservation. I had to show the actual transaction on my phone being deducted from my account and management had to be called to allow the event to proceed. Communication issue #2- There is no attendant at the front door to inform parents if they should or should not use the kiosk to sign waivers for their children. When asked if birthday guests should use the kiosk to sign the waiver, no front desk employees knew the answer to the question. One of my guests, who has 4 kids, stood at the kiosk to complete a waiver for each child, after some frustration and back and forth, were told aren't necessary. Communication issue #3- Upon entering the reserved birthday room, everything was setup ready to go. There was a table for the kids to sit/eat and two additional tables. One at the far end of the room and another near the door. Since we ordered additional platters of food and wanted to put the birthday cake on a separate table, we asked the room attendant which table the food normally goes. He didn't know. We ended up having to ask 2 additional attendants before finally getting an answer that the food would be placed on the table near the door. Communication issue #4- The birthday girl wanted to ride in the bumper cars. Since she's two, we asked the bumper car attendant if she would be able to ride in the passenger seat and be driven by an older kid. The attendant confirmed. The kids are excited and have patiently waited. Finally, it's their turn to get loaded up and the attendant is allowing children standing behind the birthday girl and friend through the gate, but not our kids. So, we ask for an explanation and the attendant doesn't respond but instead continues allowing more children that are standing behind our children. So finally, we ask and a more "experienced" attendant says that because the bumper cars only have one seat belt, there can only be one person in the car. How disappointing. Would have loved to know that upfront before waiting in line. Ultimately, I will discourage all of my friends from hosting their children's birthday parties at this venue. When hosting a birthday party, it should be stress-free, but with the number of kids working here and their lack of clear communication skills, this venue is just not worth it.
Fantastic experience: Our experience was top tier! We drove 3 hours away to visit Tiny Towne and the manager on duty on Sunday evening was very welcoming and accommodating he and his staff made our last minute experience great. We will definitely return to Tiny Towne very soon. Definitely a great driving experience for all ages and the arcade was fun as well. Very clean and organized facility! All staff members were very helpful and friendly!
Fantastic experience: Tiny Towne went above and beyond to make my son's birthday party a memorable one. The setup was impressive, the hospitality was top-notch, and the staff took great care of us and our guests. It was always a relief to know that the arrangement is in good hands, and Tiny Towne delivered on all fronts. My son and his friends had a blast exploring the Towne and all the fun activities it had to offer. I would highly recommend Tiny Towne to anyone looking for a fun and memorable birthday party experience for kids.
Fantastic experience: My family went on Friday April 5. We have an 8 yr old and 13 yr old they both had a ball. However one of the employees stood out from the rest for the excellent level of customer service. I had to get his name which is Connor. He went above and beyond and remained professional. Definitely worth our drive.
Fantastic experience: Had a combined Birthday party for all three of my kids here and it was great. The staff was excellent and made sure everyone was having a good time. Food was delicious and well priced. There was entertainment for all ages. I had 3yrs through 7yr olds who all had fun things to do. I would highly recommend this location for your next Party.
Fantastic experience: Our son and his party had an AMAZING time for his 5th birthday. The food ad one were so delicious. The workers and owners were fantastic. Booking the VID deck was perfect to give the children space at the table and the parents space. Would absolutely recommend
Fantastic experience: had my sons 3rd birthday this weekend, and all the kids had a BLAST. i enjoyed myself too Lol it was very nice a great experience
Fantastic experience: Great place. Great staff. Great time the kids had had. I recommend for all young drivers as it has marked roadways and traffic lights.
Fantastic experience: I've been hearing great thinga about this place but didn't get a chance to go until someone got us a giftcard. From the time we came in, we were met with a happy gentlemen named Husain. He throughly explained the process and was very knowledgeable . Though their was some issue with one of the games, Abraham and Husain helped get it addressed and was very nice and kind. I have two boys and originally wanted to have their birthdays here but they were closed on the weekday. BUT, I was told they follow gwinnett county's schedule so if ur kids don't have school, they'll b open. Also, my son's first time riding the bumper cars were a fail, but the attendants were super helpful. Thank you Husain for an amazing experience.
Fantastic experience: Love, love, LOVE this place! The kids have a ball driving their little cars. After the first time around, my kids got really comfortable. They eventually became pros because we took them so often. They love the train. Adults can also fit on the train. It's just one big circle but they are always so excited about it. Older kids can also practice driving in the larger cars. We haven't done this yet but I would imagine it would be helpful to prepare for driving. There's an arcade as well but at least a couple of machines are out of order each time we've gone. Tickets can get a little pricey. But I think it's worth it.
Fantastic experience: Took my 4 year old granddaughter today and had a delightful time. She drove the cars, the train, and spent a lot of time in the arcade. She loved using her picture license to play the games. I thought the staff was extremely helpful and really helped ensure we had a loads of fun.
Fantastic experience: My son and I really enjoyed ourselves. The customer service is impeccable. My son had a recent skull reconstruction surgery and the owner made his day during this visit. Tiny Towne had so much to do. We were able to drive the cars, ride a cool train with fun music, play games and win prizes as well as eat reasonably priced food. We will be back again.
Fantastic experience: This was one of the BEST places for your child to learn how to drive! I went there with my kids and they loved it! They still love it now! The staff are nice, the food is great, and the way my child learned how to drive is almost like in real life! I suggest you go there for fun or to teach your child how to drive!
Positive experience: I love the idea and theme of this place! Excellent management! Friendly staff for the most part. My only complaints is that it’s a little slow for admission and while riding the adult golf karts, I ran a red light and one of the staff dress as police officers literally went ballistic on me. It was toward the end of the night and he speed to me so fast, I thought he was playing at first but he was serious and he screamed “I will ask you to leave if you don’t follow the rules, THERE ARE CHILDREN HERE TRYING TO LEARN” he even dropped his hat speeding to get to me. That may be one reason I never come back because it should not be that serious. On top of the I’m an adult and he was a teenager screaming at me. This is supposed to be a fun place! But the other staff was friendly and so was the other police a little earlier that night.
Positive experience: Kids had a blast! Parents had a bit of a rough night with a couple of incidents due to staff not explaining the party package that well up front and an altercation between several other parents. Management went above and beyond to rectify both situations!
Positive experience: Kids love this place. It is pricey. Even with deal for 2 hr of play for 35$ special- IF it is your 1st visit- add 15$ for the photo I'd "drivers license". SO -50$ per kid... which isn't really such a great deal... but for 2 hrs they can drive the cars, train every 30 min, and in the no tickets earned arcade cave. If you lived nearby... maybe a membership... but the indoor playgrounds for set prices are more economical I went back when kid was 3. This time he was 8. Maybe once in future when he can drive the golf carts... Just a lot of $$ for a 2 hrs even at a holiday discounted rate.
Negative experience: We brought our 6 year old here. There is one small track he could do that they’d have to wait for the younger kids to do their laps before even getting to do theirs. The 60 credits, wasn’t explained. We thought it was all for the arcade, it wasn’t. It covered 4 games. That was $55. 4 arcade games and 2 track laps. Employees not helpful.
Hello Lauren, The credits you got works for the train, it's unlimited rides for a year, works on the games and on the cars. Whatever is not used in the 1st visit will never expire. You may come back anytime and use them and you will have unlimited train rides for a year. We have an instructional video explaining all of that and another screen above the admission explaining it too. If you want to come back when your son is 9 to drive the Smart Cars, all unused credit will still be available and if you lost his driver's permit we will be able to retrieve all the credits. We are so sorry that we could not meet your expectation.
Fantastic experience: Enjoyed brining my daughter here during the Christmas holiday. Fun things to do in the game room and ride on things, loved how interactive it was, my daughter was not a fan of the bumper / ride on cars as if the hit something the jerking was pretty hard. I loved the golf carts area that was my favorite. Highly recommend and we will be back. Check out my daughters YouTube video on this trip Youtube : @itsgloryreign
Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic time! The staff was courteous and friendly the attractions were fun! and the facility was nice and clean they have something for everyone!
We are glad kids had fun and you had a great party. What did we miss to get five stars ? Happy 2024!
Fantastic experience: We just had my 6 year old boy birthday there, and he had a blast. 2 hours after the birthday is over and he is still there with some friends. He wants to book it again for his next birthday from how much he enjoyed it. The place is super clean and the stuff are super helpful. I was a bit skeptical about having the food ordered from them (they don’t give you a choice), but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, the generous quantity, and the prices are pretty reasonable. We had siblings joining the fun and I loved how there were something for all the ages. It’s not just fun, it’s pretty educative as well. Thank you Tiny Towne for making our event fun and successful.
Hello Mariem, Thank you for taking the time to write this review so others would learn more about Tiny Towne. I am glad the kids had blast and you enjoyed our food. If you had a chance, visit our new location in Helen GA. Your son will love it.
Fantastic experience: Celebrated son’s birthday. He and his friends had a blast running between car races, train rides and arcades. Parents had a great experience and complimented us on the party. The place was clean and festive, the room nicely decorated and the service was prompt. Thank you TT management and team.
We are glad the kids had a blast! We hope to see you again
Fantastic experience: Had my 3yo son and two of his friends go here for the first time today, and they had a BLAST. I was really impressed with the place when we walked in. The pictures on their website do zero justice, because it's amazing in there! And the employees that helped with the race track were so kind and patient, and really helped our boys today. I was in awe. And it's sooo reasonably priced too! Totally go here!
Thank you so much! Glad the kids had a blast. "Website do zero justice" we always hear this and don't know what to do. Any suggestions?
Fantastic experience: My son enjoyed good 9th bday party! Really cool concept for all ages. Fun and educational. Staff was friendly. Food was good. Will definitely go back!
Thank you so much!
Fantastic experience: Had my sons birthday party here and it was a blast. Great staff and the food was great. Kids had a great time “learning” to drive. Our host made sure we were taken care of.
Fantastic experience: this was a great place to bring my nine-year-old. They did a great job and made his birthday really special. The parade was my favorite part at the end, and I love how they announced his name and made him feel really special.
Fantastic experience: My son had an amazing time for his 5th birthday. The room was nicely decorated, food/games were good but he especially loved the parade ride. The onsite staff made the whole party a seamless process. Thank you for your part in making such a memorable day.
Negative experience: Now I see why the reviews are so low. DO NOT HAVE A BIRTHDAY PARTY AT THIS PLACE!!! They are not in the business of there consumers and the birthday kids day. I had to constantly continue to refill my kids card which I thought was not right he should be getting unlimited rides on everything in the place. I have a best friend that works for CNN an they were there and I will not recommend this place at all to them!!!! I would highly recommend that you don’t have parties with them!!! I would not even give them 1 start.
Negative experience: Booked my grandson birthday party months in advance, arrived at the day of and the doors were locked, finally someone came to open the door that was around 11:00. Then they had to take pictures and register to drive the cars. Then there were some black stuff in the drink , changed it out still more black stuff in the drink. They does nothing special for the birthday child for the amount of money you have to pay. That was my first and last time there. Not happy at all. Thanks for your reply, however that's not true they didn't go in at 10:30 , it was around 10:40. And my son didn't attend. They made the best of it and I'm still not happy with the way things turned out.
Hello Adrian Thank you for your review. TINY Towne opens to the public at 11, but because you have a party, we let your son and your grandson at 10:30. Sorry your not pleases, but I am sure the kids had a blast. The registration process is a normal procedure to get the license.
Fantastic experience: I had my daughter’s 5th birthday party at Tiny Towne and all of the kids had an absolute blast! The employees were very helpful, our room was set up before we arrived and it was an overall great experience-definitely recommend!
Fantastic experience: My son had a great time! Fun place for kids to go
Positive experience: Kids had a great time. There are signs when you enter telling what to do. You register first for license, check in, and then go to watch a driving education video before taking the driving test. Once you pass your written exam you then do a short driving exam before heading out on the road. The kids drive alone to start off and once they are good on the road, they can pick up their parent. The employees drive around in police cars to stop you for traffic violations or to attend to a crash. Price was about 90.00 for 2 kids for 40 min, but 60 min was also an option. That includes train ride and arcade if you have tickets to spend. Overall an enjoyably time.
Negative experience: The area where you watch the video was not available because of a birthday party. The place where you take the test is not great because if you miss 1 question you fail the whole test. The area with the car simulator had terrible graphics and it was laggy. The area for the little kids is not good at all because they just drive the cars and have no stop signs and etc. The area for the big kids was not big and it gets boring after some time so I recommend you to buy the 30 min ticket if you even wanna go to this place. The food was fine but expensive. That is my review for Tiny Towne
Positive experience: The tiny cats are cool and the train is neat, but the arcade is pretty miserable. Several broken games. And you don't get a reasonable amount of tickets. And the machines outside the arcade take tokens instead of credits on the card... So you have to buy tokens to play those.
Negative experience: Rip off, not worth it. They made me pay $15 EXTRA,on top of what I had already purchased online, at the register for doing the other activities they have besides riding a car. The arcade is a total rip-off. The point system is rigged. You barely can get 50 pts. My birthday boy left crying because there is no way he could have gotten enough points for the price he wanted. Won't be returning.
Fantastic experience: I celebrated my daughter's 3rd birthday party here on Saturday and the kids had a ball!! We had the VID room and it was really spacious, we were able to decorate like we wanted to, but they did already have a few decorations in the room already which helped. The young lady that was helping me was a bit busy, she wasn't very friendly, she kinda made me feel like she didn't want to be there, and I didn't really see her much at all so I was very grateful I had family there assisting. The food was good, the veggie pizza I think could have had more veggies on it but good overall... The fruit tray was good a bit pricey but prepared well. Tiny Towne is definitely a nice place to have a child's party and the prices to rent the rooms are great so if you're trying to decide if you want a party here it's a yes it's definitely worth it.
Fantastic experience: Went here on 4/1 for my daughter’s 1st birthday and it was our first time there. When i say this venue is the absolute cutest! It was larger than i expected when i got inside. Also, there were activities for all ages, even teens that don’t have a license yet. Everyone at my baby’s party had an amazing time! We can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place for birthday parties!
Positive experience: I loved the concept and the structure of the smart cars permit program. There's definitely some room for improvement when it comes to the technology used, cleanliness, and maintenance as many of the games in the arcade weren't functioning well. You know it's bad when you hear another parent say, "IDK, let's see if that one works." I still gave 4 stars because I loved that my 9 year old learned a lot about reading traffic signs and understanding how driving works a little better. I love the small cars for the little ones too. It's good, but could be greater. Sorry, I didn't try any of the food so can't tell you anything about that. The screens when you come in weren't clean and I'm not certain they get cleaned at all during the day, definitely bring hand sanitizer if you care about that. The bathroom hand dryer wasn't working and the towels weren't coming out either so there's nothing to dry your hands with except tissue, yuck. The staff did a great job of instructing and being aware of situations that happen on the driving course to resolve them quickly. I don't think I recommend the Groupon although it was a nice idea. I bought 2 but didn't pay good attention that the Groupons are only for the little kids and they don't include the train ride. The "manager" said we could use the $5 tiny bucks from our Groupon for the train but then the train conductor refused it. I didn't feel like going back and forth to get it settled so she used it on the cars. Had I known the train wasn't included, I would've just paid the regular price because she's all about her train rides and she's getting older so her time to enjoy them is coming to an end. Again, I still think it is a fun place for the kids to enjoy. I hope they continue to get what they need to make it better. Glad we stopped in while in town.
Thank you for taking the time to write a long review. That is the best way to improve.
Negative experience: Great business idea but poorly executed. Low star reviews point out that the workers are disorganized and that’s because it’s true. They just don’t seem to have a system for running the place effectively. Oddly enough, they’re all extremely friendly but the experience is just disappointing. It takes forever to ride a train, even though they sell it as being ran every 15 minutes, it’s really 30-40 minutes. The arcade is also extremely run down. Many of the machines are broke, have missing parts that allow access to electrical components, and they’re clearly ancient machines. This place desperately needs a more involved management.
Positive experience: I had my son’s 5th birthday party here over the weekend and the kids had a blast!! However, I do think it’s a bit expensive for the quality of the products we received. The food wasn’t that good to be so high and the parade wasn’t what I expected for it to cost $80. It was a quick ride along in a cop car that didn’t even last 10 minutes so I don’t think it’s worth an add on which is what I did with the package I selected. The arcade games were fun, but some did require coins and he couldn’t play using his permit card. The lines aren’t split between bday kids and kids who were just walks in, which I think should’ve happened. My son had to wait in line with everyone else and the packages for parties are already expensive so the least they can do is have a separate line for them. Also you only get an hour and 30 minutes in the rooms you booked so don’t book when they open otherwise you lose some of your minutes just from checking in. Other than that it’s a fun place for the kids. I rather just take him there as a walk in rather than book a party next time.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review and we are glad that the kids had a blast! Your idea of giving B kids priority in the line is great, however we tried it in the past and it created more problems than solutions. Our next location will have 3 tracks and hopefully that will give the kids better experience. The coin operated games were added to give the parents something to do for few dollars without having to get a package and we tried to keep all the little kids games inside the Carcade which all works on the card. We will be adding so many additional games next month and we hope to see you again so the kids will enjoy another great day. Drive Safely!
Fantastic experience: Our experience was great when we hosted a large birthday party. Each and Everyone took care of us and our party. Sure the place is slightly more expensive but just so many people work here, all play a role in your overall experience. we were looking for something different from usual and this fitted our bill. Kids of all age enjoyed, however little older kids had to pass the test which was little tough and it makes sense for them to understand that they have to be responsible with the vehicle on real roads. Give ample time for the older kids and teach them little patience then it will be worth it to drive with license on the tinytowne's tiny car. It was nice as a parent to go with your kid who is driving you for the first time and doing that many traffic violations.. One thing to note, Please leave the assigned party location before the assigned time or else there may be overages. Again, Kudos to the entire team, yes EACH AND EVERYONE for making our experience wonderful..
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are glad the kids had a good time. Bring them once a year to enjoy the experience and we will make sure they are safe drivers before they are ready to hit the road. Drive Safely!
Fantastic experience: We had our kids birthday party here. Kids had a great time as it is a very unique experience. The managers are on top of things and are very receptive to feedback. They truly care about making the experience better.
