Fantastic experience: I took a 4-hour driving course with Jeff, and thanks to these lessons, I successfully passed my driving test. He was very patient, explained all my mistakes, and taught me all the little details that helped me feel confident behind the wheel. Jeff was also considerate of my English level, patiently repeating things slowly and multiple times to make sure I understood. Thank you so much for the support and professionalism!

Fantastic experience: No one wants to take this class, but for those that have to. This is the best one. Its entertaining. Simple enough to take. And with the online course now you dont even have to leave your couch. They’ve been doing this for a long time so everything is near perfect. Some people are complaining about the change fee. Just double check the address and court information matches your certificate. They will let you know. It is easy.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience taking Comedy Defensive Driving with Craig! He was hilarious!

Negative experience: I paid almost $50 for this defensive driving course and the course itself was great but here lies the problem, I had to spend additional money to fix a mess up that should’ve never been there, that mess up was for the address of the court being wrong…I don’t see why I have to pay extra for something that should’ve never happened

Fantastic experience: This is the best driving school ever !!! If you wanna learn how to drive you are in the right place right here I love this school because this is the reason I am driving safe after my car accident here is my story I got into a car accident at the beginning of this year crashed my car and my self -esteem cause everybody kept telling me I was a bad driver until I took driving lesson with this school they cared enough to teach me genuinely they took me to the freeways and highways and the instructor found out exactly what I need which was a “safe driver's way of thinking” which was so helpful and I am so grateful for their effort and I am glad I chose them .

Fantastic experience: I have had 3 tickets over the last 10 years and each time I get one, I use Comedy Driving. It's an incredibly easy and funny course. You have 120 days to complete it and if it times out, which I did not know this, you can call customer service and they can extend it. Great tip! I totally recommend using this course if you find yourself looking for a driving course.

Only thing that made my experience terrible was Another student been extremely annoying, wish they would Set some rules from preventing students to randomly talk and yell over the Teacher. Positive experience: I liked walking in to great music early in the morning. Chuck Montgomery was a great teacher. I liked the humor throughout the class. Not wild about the 30 minutes of stand-up style first thing, just cause it started to drag, but the rest of the comedy was great. There were slides that were skipped or gone over very quickly. I think it was because the instructor was trying to end on time, but I would have liked to read them. It was a better class then I thought it would be and I actually learned things about rules I hadn't known.

Fantastic experience: Larry was very informative, he also allowed everyone to ask questions and tell their small personal stories of why the traffic is bad in Houston. He has this little turn table that he occasionally kick on with these funny songs that made the class not Soo bad to be in on a Saturday morning thanks a lot Larry!

Positive experience: Took a class with Ray. Pluses: the class was informative and the time went by fast. Minuses: there was nothing comical about the class. Most of the videos were depressing and /or tried to scare you. The stand up comedy videos that they play at the break were not funny, just annoying. Ray is no comic. Oh well.... mission accomplished, fulfilled my court order to get my ticket dismissed.

Fantastic experience: It was awesome very informative I took it online usually get bored with certain things but this was very interesting also if you needed help with anything you could call the number and they would definitely go over the questions with you so I thought that was pretty cool hopefully I won’t have to take this course again but if I do I’ll definitely come back to this one !!!

The six hour course proceeded at a steady clip without a lull. I learned new information and was reminded of things I had not considered for some time. All of the videos were engaging and current. Some were simply informative, others included personal stories with an emotional impact, and the many clips of accidents and near misses served as entertaining cautionary reminders. I would recommend this course.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. I of course left my course until last minute. Called these guys late Thursday night and they were very helpful. I paid for next day delivery. Hustled to complete the 6 hour online course Friday while on flights and even though I don't think I finished before 6pm Houston time they were still able to put my certificate in the mail and it arrive before 10am on Monday!! I was able to get it to the court before the Tuesday deadline. Good class, the cartoons make it so much better. So much better than other online courses out there that have you reading and reading and reading text. Comedy Driving gets 5 stars from me!!

Positive experience: My instructor was Demetria Dixon. No one else was laughing but I thought she was hilarious. She was also knowledgeable and sincerely wants to help you. Class went by faster than I thought it would. Get there early if you want a seat at a table. Lunch is 30 mins. There are vending machines if you need a drink/snack.

Fantastic experience: It is the best school I found. Excellent ambience, very very good instructor Ray. This is my second time, after 16 months I got a speeding ticket on Westpark at Wilcrest for the second time at the same time. They offer great service, very convenient hours and very entertaining. Ray is very knowledgeable and helpful. I hope I never get another ticket but if I have to do another class I would not go anywhere else. Much better than online.

Positive experience: The class was convenient and even included a notary for court affidavits. The instructor (Ray) was excellent in walking everyone through the process of submitting our court documents and preparing the class for the final exam.

Positive experience: I took Comedy Driving online on my phone. It was easy to navigate the website. I liked the humorous animated scenes it made the course go by quicker. I also liked how I could stop the course and pickup where I left off. I took the course in 5 days. You do have to push next after every section but that keeps you awake and alert. The running time clock per section was very helpful too. There are test questions after each section which are fairly easy to answer if you have watched the videos. I believe if I had not watched the videos I would have failed DD. I did get 2 questions wrong. Pay attention to the lane changing & passing lanes section. Couple of tricky questions & random questions thrown in so you do have to pay attention. You have 90 seconds to answer each question. I did like this course and would take it again. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be like when I took another online course 8 yrs ago. I did learn alot and didnt realize I forgot alot of the statistics. Even my younger kids watched it with me for a little while. So I give this course a big thumbs up.

This is my third time to take a defensive driving course from Comedy Driving. They will continue being our first choice for any future defensive driving courses.

Fantastic experience: I attended the class on 01/01//18. Ray was the instructor there at the time, and even though there were only three students due to the cold weather, Ray still made the class very informative and fun for us. This was not my first time in this class yet I always learn something new and prefer it over the online alternatives.

Positive experience: The class was fine. Finished it in a day so went through it rather quick. Unfortunately after I paid for my certificate, I waited for almost a month to receive which never happened. I called to ask what happened and see if they can send me a new one but because I only had 3 more days to turn it into the court they told me I had to pay AGAIN (discounted price of 10.50) for it to be shipped the next day.

Positive experience: Walking in, the room was a bit of a shock. I was expecting a classroom not a windowless. airless room covered in graffiti. But within minutes of Ray starting the class it didn't matter. He is funny and efficient and I would definitely recommend the class-environment as a painless, even enjoyable way to get through the material. It made what could have been a dreary experience into a positive day of learning.

She obviously knew the material well and communicated it in a light-hearted way with lots of humor. She's clearly very organized and smart. Fantastic experience: PLEASE NOTE: This is George Scott. I am borrowing my wife's gmail account to post this review. At 67 closing in on 68, spending six hours on a defensive driving course was not my idea of fun. My experience at Comedy Driving led by Ray our instructor was that even 'older dogs' need to be reminded that driving a vehicle is an awesome responsibility. It's not a 'gotcha' class designed to make you fail. It certainly is not stand-up comedy. It's a sobering reminder that lives are shattered and destroyed every day of every year because of foolish mistakes or callous indifference to personal responsibility. Ray's humor was his wit and his interaction with individuals during the class in a way that challenged us to pay attention. His humor never got in the way of or undermined the reality of the fact that I would not be in the class if I had not been careless but very lucky that my carelessness didn't kill or tragically injure someone. I am glad that I did not go the 'online' route of taking the class. There's something very productive to taking six hours out of one's life in the presence of others to remember those important lessons were taught when we were just teenagers getting our license for the first time. It was a good class; Ray was an effective leader of that class.

Fantastic experience: Roxxy Haze Rox!!! This is always a great class! this class always has a bad rep but coming here makes it very entertaining! There is never a dull moment and it goes by faster than you think! I am definitely coming here for my annual ticket!!!

Positive experience: I did the online course offered on their Web site and although convenient it had some technical issues. This course took me more than twice the stated time due to problems with videos and pages not loading or glitches in play back requiring me to reload. Before you blame my connection know we have high speed Internet and I regularly stream video and audio from a variety of sources with no problems to the device used for the course. In addition twice I answered questions correctly and received a please click the next button only to find the next button had not loaded, when I refreshed the page I was told I had to watch the video again. Several times I watched the complete video and clicked next but was told I had not been on the page long enough and I ended up having to rerun the entire video before it would allow to move on. Thankfully I had plenty of time to work through these problems. I also noticed my end of course survey review stating the exact same thing doesn't appear with the other surveys from the same day.

Fantastic experience: Although the online course is not really that funny. I truly appreciate the quickness of their service. I finished my course on Monday and received my Certificate on Wednesday without paying anything extra. Its good to know this company unlike some others wont just slack off just because you live in Houston and send you the paperwork just before their deadline. They seem to truly strike for good service.

Fantastic experience: This was much less painful than I had imagined. I even managed to stay awake the entire 6 hours! Britt Vasicek is an angel and quite entertaining. The fast pace and frequent breaks made a long class very manageable. My only complaint would be a few of the videos seemed outdated, though they may be mandated by the state and not the fault of this particular business. Although I will never get another ticket and, hence, never need this class again, if it were to somehow happen, I would choose Comedy Driving again.

Positive experience: On the whole, Ray was very good and explained the material well. However, when he wasn't instructing he really wasn't very friendly nor approachable. I don't know whether he was having a bad day, but he seemed like he "phoned it in" in that he was essentially reciting the material with his eyes closed and was on auto-pilot. Aside from a little kidding around with people about their names and why they had to take the class, he wasn't really that funny. Honestly, it felt to me as if he was in need of a vacation and if you're smart you'll let him recharge because he is a very good instructor and taught me things I hadn't known before. Definitely worthy of the $5 bonus but I can't say that the experience was 4+. This should not be taken as a bad review but if I'm honest it is not a great one.
