Fantastic experience: Shawn and Keith was a great instructor. Keith taught me in the daytime and Shawn taught me at night, and I enjoy my experience with them I felt very confident in myself and thinking I was ready to take my road test. I took my road test with Lee he was rude and the worst the whole test like I wanted to end the test asap. He alright was talking about he about to rush me but I lost the confidence I had in myself and made me feel like I didn’t now what I was doing ,when I had the two best instructors to prepare me for this day. Update: I want to thank Emmett for letting me retake my test I really appreciate it he the best I finally got my license

Fantastic experience: I lived overseas for over 7 years in a country full of walkable cities so I never drove. I did a 2-hour refresher session with Shaquitta. During the drive, she’ll quiz you on the meaning of the road signs that were seen to make sure you know what’s going on on the road and that you know what you can/cannot do. Overall, it was a great session. She helped me feel more comfortable being back on the road again because prior I really felt like I forgot how to drive lol. Good to work with someone who is patient and can properly guide you on the road. One month later, I have my own car and I’m more comfortable and confident on the road now. Thanks Shaquitta!

Fantastic experience: the instructors are great i learned a lot from them. however the road text examiner valeria had bad energy and kind of a smart mouth before i even started my driving test, throughout my test, and after.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has had huge anxiety about driving. We got her permit at 15 and 5 years later we still weren't able to get her motivated to drive. She finally realized she needed to drive and we looked at schools. We saw good reviews about Shaun and they were not wrong... 4 lessons in and my daughter for the first time doesn't become completely anxiety ridden at the mention of her driving. Thanks Shaun!

Fantastic experience: Amazing people and amazing customer service! My instructor Shaun was excellent by not only teaching basics and general safety but also the nuances of driving and being smooth. Fantastic experience: Wiser driver is a great place for teens to learn to drive and gain their confidence on the road. My son was nerve and scared to get behind the wheel and start driving for the first the time. After his first 2 hour lesson at Wiser Driver he was much more confident and asking to drive. Once he completed all of his lessons he was ready to be on his own. We decided to take he drivers test their because he felt so comfortable with all of the instructors at Wiser Driver. A big shout out to Shaun Chon who was Jeremy’s first instructor. He is hands down the best instructor. I would recommend Wiser Driver to all parents of new drivers.

Fantastic experience: Wiser Driver is a God-send! I have had personal traumatic experiences in the past which stopped me from driving but my instructor Shaun was amazing and a perfect teacher. The woman who administered my test, I THINK her name was Valeria?, she was so nice and provided great critique after my test was over. I PASSEDDD thanks to them.

Negative experience: I would definitely not recommend, we have had to twice accommodate them due to there lack of communication and Unprofessionalism. Ultimately we accomplished our goal as a family to get my sons driving test passed and that was due to us not letting the owner Emmett get under our skin. He comes off as a very professional understanding individual but then Judged my son based off his very unprofessional driving instructors comments. He continued to call my family a “problem” and insisted he never had any issues with anyone prior to us, really wanted to leave a great review based off a conversation we had prior to today but after the conversation we had this morning I just can’t, he refuses to take any accountability and would not even let me speak. Very very unprofessional and made the road test very stressful for my family. He Tried to cancel my sons road test and told me to tell my wife to turn around this Morning due to incorrect instructions on the wiser driver portal called me contradicting because his office and him were not on the same page but somehow US “my family” were supposed to have it right. everyone is allowed to make a mistake, it’s the way he handled it and refuse to accept any wrongdoing. Nothing but a conversation assuring he would give us what we rightfully deserve as paying customers was expected. Very defensive I’m right you’re wrong attitude and environment, all this after his driving instructor cancelled and refuse to test my son two weeks ago, today was supposed to be an “accommodation”due to the very rude instructor he had prior, unfortunately that wasn’t the case, what a disrespectful individual to me and my family never have I had a paid service owner be so discriminating towards us without knowing us. Ultimately my son is a better driver and has his full license but I cannot emphasize how disrespectful the owner was this morning and his instructor 2 weeks ago. Thick skin and positive attitude definitely recommended if you ever need to test on a Saturday. his lack of accountability, his response below clearly shows how he is too proud to just apologize, me and my wife have no responsibility on how his business communicates, I’ve provided him voicemails and portal screenshots on his miss communication with his office where he’s clearly wrong but he still has to take his immature shots on my involvement with my son. What a sad individual, attempting to get personal with a paying customer.

Fantastic experience: The wiser driver was always prompt and my daughter stated that she received very helpful tips. She was much more confident about driving after her 6 hr behind the wheel lesson package. We also did the behind the wheel test at wiser driver. It was a very simple process to schedule and complete the test.

Fantastic experience: Wish I had signed up for driving lessons with Wiser Driver sooner! This is my second time taking behind-the-wheel lessons, simply because the school that I went to the first time didn't offer road testing along with the courses. My instructor, Mrs. Valeria, was amazing! She's very patient, calm, and collected. She corrects my mistakes mostly through verbal guidance and often prompts me to constantly stay aware of my surroundings, which hones my reflexes (since nobody’s going to hold your hand when you drive by yourself) and builds up my confidence on the road. Mr. Emmett and the front desk staff were super kind and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend Wiser Driver to everyone and anyone!

Mr.Shaun was my driver instructor I had very little experience behind the wheel but after my 6 hour session with him I was driving in no time. He answered all questions I had, took his time and got me prepared to take my drivers test within one session. Mr. Lee was my instructor for the actual test and made sure I was comfortable before and during the test. I took my test and passed it with a 97 the first time 2/11/24.

As a result of Shaun's hard work, my wife was able to pass the road test the first time! The evaluator Valeria was also calm and fair with my wife. She held her to the standards expected of any road worthy driver but also provided helpful feedback after the evaluation. My wife could not say enough good things about the staff at Wiser Driver. Hopefully this review serves to eliminate any doubt for those considering driver education services from Wiser. Thank you so much for all that your team does!

Fantastic experience: If anyone is thinking about taking these courses for their kids, themselves, etc., it’s well worth it! The instructors were really nice and knowledgeable and they helped me out a ton! I definitely got more comfortable and confident in my driving skills after the lessons. I really enjoyed it and I definitely recommend them if you, a family member, or a friend want to learn to drive in a comfortable environment.

Fantastic experience: First I just want to say that Mr.Recardo is the perfect driving teacher for first time drivers . I felt like I could make mistakes and still learn with him. I was able to retain what I was taught even after two months of not driving . As a student he made sure that I knew what I was doing and we practiced what I didn’t know how to do or what I was hesitant on several times before going to the next thing . I really appreciate him and I recommend him to whomever wants to learn how to perfect their driving before getting their license .

Fantastic experience: WiserDriver exceeded my expectations, its a great driving school with great instructors like Ricardo Gunn. After taking a few sessions I feel confident and prepared to drive on the road and even on the interstate/the freeway!!! Mr. Gunn was very patient and helpful when explaining how to navigate the road and the traffic when I was driving/learning how to become a better driver. I was very nervous at first, but this company is legit (not some sketchy company, in fact the cars are logoed to the brim). Will be recommending the WiserDriver to my family and friends.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience with Wiser Driver Driving School, in relation to their unprofessional treatment of my wife. The instructors consistently displayed a lack of professionalism, creating a highly unpleasant learning environment. They undermined my wife's confidence by constantly criticizing her and making her feel inadequate. The instructors' unconstructive feedback, coupled with their rude gestures and complaints, only served to make the entire learning process stressful and demoralizing. Additionally, the reference to my wife's age and comparisons to teenagers were completely inappropriate and unhelpful. It seemed like the instructors lacked the necessary skills to provide constructive guidance and support. The test day was a disaster, thanks to the instructor's bad attitude, which added unnecessary stress to an already anxiety-inducing situation. I would strongly advise against choosing Wiser Driver Driving School for anyone seeking a positive and professional learning experience. Their unprofessionalism not only affected my wife's confidence but also left us deeply dissatisfied with the overall quality of instruction.

Negative experience: If there was something like a black or minus star thats what I would give. My experience with Wiser Driver Driving School was disheartening. The instructors displayed unprofessionalism, constantly undermining my driving knowledge and making me second guess myself, they would frequently make faces and gesutres as well as complain harshly when I made mistakes which only made me more nervous. They also made reference to my age and gave examples of how teenagers could do better thinking that was motivation. The test instructor's bad attitude created a tense environment, almost like we were in a fight from the minute he got into the car, adding unnecessary stress to an already nerve-wracking situation and the test went really bad of course. I was literally sick for days and had a knot in my stomach. I would strongly caution others seeking a positive learning environment to look elsewhere for driving instruction. This experience is in contrast to my experience at another driving school a few days later. I had an exceptional and professional experience. My instructor there displayed professionalism, encouraged me, boosted my confidence, allowed me use my initiative, and helped me learn efficiently. The entire process, from lessons to the test, was handled with utmost professionalism. I was never nervous I passed my test with excellent results.

Fantastic experience: The driving experience has been great for my daughter. She was able to go at her own pace and for someone with adhd that was needed. The scheduling , pickup were very flexible and the packages they offer are worth the money. The instructors were very patient and gave great feedback! My son will doing the same when it time for him to start driving.
