Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Attentive instructors who genuinely want to see you succeed. I signed up for seven classes and paid for two more. Unfortunately, i failed the first time taking the road test. However, the instructors were very supportive and encouraged me to keep trying.

Fantastic experience: The level of professionalism is very admirable with TELEMUNDO DRIVING Instructors and staff. I paid for 7 lessons and later added 2 extras and I did 8 lessons with the big man JOEL, he made me feel comfortable from start to finish I was extremely nervous the first day but his level of patience, mannerisms, attitude, professionalism and detail to attention was unmatched period. The thumbs up, high fives and fist from JOEL after each completion is something I look forward. About my fifth lesson I was given another instructor and after that lesson which got me a bit confused from his instruction I asked the office staff to please ensure all my lesson or booked with JOEL moving forward ( which was granted)and he told me I was gonna passed and remember the steps and everything he told me and I did pass on my first try 10/15/2024. For the English students >>>JOEL speaks good English ask for him by name.

Fantastic experience: Great driving school! The initial road test they gave me was too far out, and they got me a way sooner date. They helped me reschedule my classes to accommodate and let me do 2-3 classes in a single day. I owe everything to Kelvin, he was the best instructor and super friendly and patient with me. He taught me how to be the best driver possible and to be aware in many real life situations, not just enough to pass the test. He believed in me, and gave me the confidence to pass on my first try. Fantastic experience: Great experience with this driving school. Had a couple of the instructors twice, but other than that had a different instructor for most of the lessons. Raul, Antonio, and Joél were all super helpful! They give you the basics and important pointers for both driving in general and specific to the test. Got a package of 7 lessons and passed my road test on the first try!! Very happy with my experience! Everyone at the office was just as nice and helpful. Sober all supportive and empowering experience!

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test on the 1st try with only 5 classes as a beginner driver, thanks to my instructor Raul !!!!!!! Raul was respectful, patient, kind and knew how to explain things thoroughly. Raul made sure i understood each lesson before moving forward to the next teaching. Took the 7 classes package which was a very good deal took an extra class in doubt I wasn't ready which is always the best the best option if you feel unprepared. Had most of my classes with Antonio which led me to passing my road test the first time. Will be recommending them always!

Negative experience: Waste of money. Careless instructors! I told the guy at the window I was not ready for the test and his instructor was no good. He told me I could not cancel and would have to pay a hefty fee of somewhere between $100-200 from what I remember. I had got 3 classes before my road test and learned little to nothing. I learned more from friends and family. The instructors are more concerned with their phones , rushing the lesson to go on their lunch breaks or go home, i even had one guy who was talking about himself the whole time I was driving and I learned nothing. What really upset me is that I failed the road test due to how their instructor taught me how to park. The parking lesson was so bad and he lied about that technique being able to work on all car sizes despite me knowing and having learned at other driving schools thats not true. So me trusting him I tried that technique and failed miserably when the car hit the curb. Thanks alot Telemundo. I really wish i had got my money back. Please don’t waste your money here.

Fantastic experience: I attended 12 classes, with 10 of them taught by Antonio Familia, who was absolutely amazing. The other instructors were also excellent. This was my first experience learning how to drive, and I followed their guidance closely, which ultimately led to me passing my test on my first attempt.

Fantastic experience: Prior to my 5 driving lessons , I’ve only driven 3 times , I got my classes with Telemundo because it was closest to me and their prices for the courses are very reasonable and fair, the instructor’s are all great but I really appreciate ceasar, not only did he make conversations to make my nerves go away, he also asked questions and really made sure I understood the car and the road, for any new drivers I really recommend this place , I had only driven 3 times prior to my classes and I passed my test. This is a great school to learn how to drive . :)

Positive experience: Love this school!!! After multiple attempts with other driving schools, finally got my license!! Im telling you they are professionals! They are really dedicated to what they do. Shoutout to my instructor Raul he is the best!! Special thanks to him Only giving 4 starts bc I didn’t like the fact that they don’t let you reschedule your classes without a 24 hr period of advance which is inconvenient bc sometimes things just happen. While being a student lost 2 classes due to having childcare issues, tried to explain but got no resolution just loosing the two classes which were equivalent to 100 dollars. But I would recommend this school just plan yourself accordingly.

Negative experience: This driving school is okay . There are only two instructors who are the best which is Jose & Joel . The others don’t teach correctly if you are a new driver they just make you go straight most of the times . Failed my road test due to lack of information . I barley learned how to park & how to do a 3 point u turn . I couldn’t ask my instructors a question because they speak Spanish & I don’t speak Spanish . Even had an instructor flirting with me & this is the same one who just had me go straight & make about 2-3 turns for 45 mins . On top of that after you fail the road test the school is supposed to reschedule for free . They are telling me I have to pay in order to do my test again but the DMV says otherwise . They don’t even give you your pre licensing certificate . I’m not sure what’s going on but when I register with dmv they tell me my online pre licensing course isn’t found . Everytime I ask them for my course they are always stalling . If I don’t get what I’m requesting for by Monday or Tuesday , I’ll be reporting this school to the dmv

Negative experience: this is the literal worst driving school in new york city. The instructors are awful and dont teach you whats going to be on the test. they just wanna sit there on their phone and barely pay any attention. seriously save your money, they dont even do the full 45 minute classes the classes are 35-40 minutes even tho each class is 50$. stay far away from these scam artists

Fantastic experience: I took 7 driving lessons with them and they was patient and very clear on what to do and not to do. I took my road test on 5/11/23 and I passed with no problem. I would recommend this driving school with no doubt or second guesses. My instructors was Manny and Cesar and they made me feel comfortable driving and very patient with me. The staff in the office was very respectful and helpful and always helped you when and if needed. You need driving lessons go to Telemundo driving school.

Gustavo who drove me to the test gave me advice the whole time and answered all of the questions I had. He kept reminding me of things I should and shouldn’t do. I was so afraid to drive, but now I'm really happy that I've could find this place. They help me to control my nervous and be able to pass. Every staff member is so generous, caring, and kind. Fantastic experience: I decided to take my driving classes at Telemundo driving school because all my family have learned and passed the driving test after receiving classes here. I took my classes mostly with Cesar, who is very knowledgeable and does his best so you learn and feel confidence in yourself. He describes in detail the things you do well and the ones you need to improve. I also took classes with Julio and Raul. I highly recommend these three teachers because of their patience and how well they explain what you need to do to drive appropriately and pass the test. Gustavo was another instructor who took me to take the test. In our way, while he was driving, he gave me demonstration and explanation of what I needed to do during the test. He gave me support and confidence by telling me to relax and that I was capable.The customer service is really kind, educated and accommodating. Because of my job, I could not take the classes on a specific time, but they made sure I took the clases with the instructor I felt more confortable with although that meant that that instructor had to stay passed this regular work hours. If you want to learn how to drive and pass the test, come to Telemundo driving school. You will not regret. This is the best school.

I immediately saw huge a huge difference with the way that they ran things. They are extremely organized and very friendly. The instructors have your best interest in making sure you pass. All of the instructors I’ve worked with have been so encouraging, gave plenty of great tips, and showed they actually cared about passing me, which I ended up passing the road test on my first try! Their entire website and system made it easy to navigate booking lessons. I definitely recommend this driving school, especially for students like myself, who has never been behind the wheel until the first class.

Negative experience: The instructors at this school are more concerned with their cell phones than with the students' learning. I also wanted to cancel and reschedule the road test, and the blond man at the front desk said I had to pay $75 to do so. I asked him why I had to pay $75 to cancel, and he said it was to use their car, but I hadn't used it because I was going to cancel. This is the worst driving school I've ever attended.

First Let's Start Off With The Instructors Jose , Julio and Eddy are all very awesome instructors I took 7 lessons and got them if you can schedule 10 you're gonna need it . Alright to the road test it took me 3 times but yesterday January 23rd 2023 I finally passed the road test Gustavo was very supportive with his tips while taking us to the road test site in havermyerhe'll make you feel like family anyways you must go to this school it's 100 percent worth it.

Fantastic experience: I loved this driving school. From the very beginning it was a very smooth process. The guy at the front desk was always super helpful and available to answer all of my questions. I signed up for 10 classes since it was my first time driving but definitely take as many as you think you need. I also have to say all of the instructors were amazing. Joel for example taught me how to park during my second class. I was a nervous wreck but he didn’t mind and I was able to nail it. But I ended up taking most of my classes with Eddy which I am grateful for because he really helped me build up my confidence while driving. He has many years of experience and is also such a pleasant person to speak with. With him I would forget that I was even nervous in the first place. He taught me a lot of different techniques that were very helpful and that I used during the driving test. I truly believe I passed my road test on my first try because of him. Also special shout out to the two instructors that drove us to the road test. I believe it was Luis and Manny. They definitely kept our spirits up while waiting for our turn in the cold. They kept making funny jokes and were reminding us of what not to do during the road test. They made the wait definitely less nerve-wracking. I totally recommend this driving school!!!

Negative experience: My experience with this school was horrific!!! This school is very unprofessional! Every time I went to schedule classes they were booked and I couldn't schedule my last 2 classes before my road test so I wasn't prepared at all. As well as they have a horrible refund policy you only get 24 hours to refund after purchase. The instructors barely spoke to me about the things the road test instructors will look for, and where dismissive and rude. FIND A DIFFERENT SCHOOL!!

Fantastic experience: I failed my road test twice. But I must say the Telemundo staff was great. Especially Ceasar he really worked with me. I was 60 yrs. old when I tried, I got so nervous because it wasn't Ceasar in the car with me, but I'm going to try again while I can still learn. I'm 62 now now but am determined, wish me luck.

Negative experience: Everyone and everything needs to be updated first of all. I do not recommend this for teens. i’ve never experienced such hate for a company. Telemundo is so unprofessional. this is the third time i’ve experience a bad moment. wasting my time and money for no reason. How do you tell me it’s my fault for not mentioning im a minor when the agency & driving instructor for the road test have my id and scanned it. you agreed and laughed with me. The road test examer said where was my minor consent form and nobody had it and i didnt know i needed it. i couldnt take the test, was blamed it was my fault, and was humiliated infront of everyone. He lied to everyone saying it was me. ONLY thing good here is a driver instructor joel but he only teaches .

Fantastic experience: This was the best driving school ever. Cesar and Gustavo helped me a lot i took all my classes with Cesar who a very hard but great instructor he prepares you and makes sire your ready for the test. Gustavo gives you a few tips before the exam to remind you of things while taking you to the exam. I sincerely want to thank both of them for everything they done. They also have very good instructors as well. honestly this is the best school to help you learn how to drive.

Fantastic experience: I was very iffy about going to this school at first but I’m glad I was recommended to go to this one. The people at the office would be so helpful . The instructors were amazing. I had a few good patient ones and you can tell they really want to help and they give good constructive Critisim on your mistakes . Fantastic experience: Taking driving classes with manny was the best , he’s patiently and he would really show you how to park until you get it . That was my main issue and besides making that three point turn just 3 classes and I got it . Focus on your 5 hour class with Cesar , ask him anything he’s really nice , I was so nervous on taking my final test and cesar was there to help me out and making me comfortable,thanks guys for your help , I’m just waiting for my license

Fantastic experience: Thanks to the amazing instructors at Telemundo Driving School I passed my road test today on my first try. Cesar is such a great instructor. He is patient, professional, he really cares and wants you to learn and be a good driver. He teaches you exactly what you need to know to pass the exam, he helped me stay calm and overcome my anxiety when driving. I took my last class with Joel he is also an excellent instructor, very motivating and positive. Gustavo gave me great tips and advise right before the test. Words cannot describe how grateful I am. Thank you for all your effort and excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Personally I think this Driving School is great, my instructor Manny was really nice and patient, he took his time teaching me everything even the simplest things and he answered every single one of my questions. Due to this experience, thankfully I passed my road test and could not be any happier, so I 100% recommended this Driving School to anyone who is new to driving like I was because they really take their time with every student and the instructor always makes sure you’re comfortable behind the wheel.

Fantastic experience: I had Ceaser as my instructor! Great school, Great teacher! I had a much better experience here compared to another driving school i went to. He was very calm, patient, and diligent with new drivers. Also, I can tell he actually cares about student's passing. Definitely would recommend him.

Negative experience: This is the worse driving school in the Bronx!!! They are very unorganized and unprofessional. They reschedule you over and over for the road test, make you take the five hour class on zoom, then won’t even give you your certificate until you take the road test with them,hardly ever pick up the phone. Not all, but most instructors basically just talk and talk hold on to your steering wheel and don’t train you to drive correctly. Belem and cesar were the only good instructors. Stay away from Ed,Eduardo,Edwin whatever his name is!

Fantastic experience: The best driving school ever !! I have made over 10+ recommendations here including my wife and sister in law and it’s been the most humble and exciting experience possible. Every instructor there are the best of the best and they teach you how to drive with confidence and teach you all the tips and tricks for you to be able to pass your road test. I passed mine and it’s all thanks to Julio and I thank everyone there for being very honest and friendly !! 10/10 I would recommend even if you have never driven before they will teach you the right way !!

Fantastic experience: Amazing driving school!!!!!! Each time I go for my lesson I feel more confident than ever! The instructors not only help you, but they make sure it’s a safe place for you. So, it’s okay to feel nervous, have anxiety, or be scared because these guys will do everything in their power to make sure you are a good driver!

Fantastic experience: Best Driving school!!!!! I have ever been to.I took a package of 10 classes then I went to take the road test and passed it. The instructors knows exactly what you need to pass your road test. I took my classes with Cesar best instructor ever. He is very polite and has a lot of patience. Their customer service is on point. They have a system where you can check when is your next class and most importantly they send you a reminder of your class. Everything about this driving school is perfect.

Fantastic experience: Best school for you to learn how to drive they show you how to do parking , 3 point, and how to drive good and also show you the signs and I'm soo thankful for the instructors that showed me because without them I wouldn't never pass the road test. When I started this school I didn't know how to drive at all , I had zero experience but now I have experience and I took 15 classes. I really recommend this driving school to everyone.
