Negative experience: Please don't waste your money just find another driving school because this it not it. Tiffany is unprofessional. She rushes you off the phone, talk so fast like a car salesman you feel like you are being scammed. They have too many fees and don't follow the rules of when you can practice driving on the road. They tried to schedule my listen for 1 am in the morning smh.

Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would this lady is very unprofessional charges for lessons that she didn't provide. She steals your money and demeaning to her clientele. These reviews on her page have to be paid for because there is no way she received 1k positive reviews. She charged $300 for two hours of lessons and only taught me for one hour. DO NOT BOOK WITH HER

Fantastic experience: NDS IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. I PASSED MY PERMIT ON THE FIRST TRY.. MY INSTRUCTORS ENCOURAGED ME WHEN I FELT LIKE I WAS NOT DOING MY BEST DOING DRIVING LESSONS. ONE MORE LESSON AND I WILL CLAIM MY L . THANKS NIGEL AND TEAM!!

Negative experience: I wish no stars or negative stars were an option. Everything about this so-called driving school is lousy. Nigel herself is so desperate for money and overeager to schedule appointments and charge your account. She lied about having someone pick me up for the lesson and I had to go there myself. Driving instructor, Quan, arrived 15 minutes late and put the bare minimum effort into teaching me how to drive. He told me he's been driving since he was 14. It was my first time behind the wheel, and I am a slow learner. He wasn't encouraging at all and wondered why I was making mistakes. It didn't help that he had a rundown car (with the most sensitive gas pedal) and he stunk it up with his bad breath. Regardless, I drove pretty well and didn't hit anything- no thanks to this school. They overcharge for subpar service. People like this make black-owned look bad. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere better.

Negative experience: Unprofessional. The instructor will spend most of the time talking about things that has nothing to do with learning to drive. You’ll pay to simply be behind their wheel for an hour or an hour and 30 mins. Then they’ll convince you to schedule again because you need more experience.

Fantastic experience: Nigel was my instructor. Even though I was familiar behind the wheel, she definitely taught me the correct way of driving and how to park. She was super nice and understanding. Any question I had she definitely answered and she was also very funny lol, so it made the experience that much more comfortable. I feel confident to pass my test more after having a session with Nigel.

Fantastic experience: After taking my First lesson I feel more confident than I felt before about driving. The instructor was a vibe when I fist stepped into the car. She went all the way to the basics with everything which is extremely helpful. Told me the answer to all my questions that I had. Like how to pace the pedal which was one of my problems. Told me how slow to touch the pedal, and when to start breaking. had a trigger foot Now my I can pace the pedal better. I still need work but I now know what I need to target to get better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO TO NIGELS

Fantastic experience: Currently using Nigel’s driving school for my 16 year old daughter. For her first experience we had the pleasure of having Nigel herself. My daughter is so excited and I’m witnessing her fears subside more and more. She loves Nigel and said she is so friendly and really good at what she does. Looking forward to her next lesson. Fantastic experience: Ali was a great instructor. He was very patient with me, and my nerves. He allowed me to get more comfortable before taking me on longer routes, which I definitely appreciated. Great experience! Today, I had my second 2 hour lesson with Nigel. She was amazing! Since she knew it was my second go around, she watched to see what I remembered, and noted my strengths and weaknesses. She worked patiently with me to perfect my turning and parking skills, and ended with giving me suggestions on what I should practice and work on before my scheduled test. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I signed my son up for Nigel’s Driving specialist lessons. I don’t have the patience anymore to teach anyone to drive but Nigel’s specialists came to our rescue. They were very professional and displayed a lot of patience. My son recently completed his first lesson with them and it brought tears to me eyes watching him parallel park like a boss. I highly recommend them to everyone who finds it stressful and scary teaching their children to drive. My son was paired with Quan for the lesson. Quan is as professional and courteous as they come. Fantastic experience: Nigel I like how you teach and I love how calm you are while I’m driving. One major thing that I can really take in is learning the trick to not drift over onto another lane. Krizm is a good trainer for it to be his first time teaching someone drivers lesson. Five stars for me. Ali is a good driver. I recommend to get him as your trainer and he connects well with his clients. Made me comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Today I had Nigel. She taught me how to drive on the street and to always look for street signs so I know the speed limit. We also went on the highway. She helped me with my speed on not going to slow from being nervous. We also worked on my parking to make it perfect She has really help my get ready for my driving test and get rid of my anxiety while driving.

Positive experience: Nigel is really friendly and she has a great driving information that I didn’t know about, such as how the driver instructor will ask me how many names the hazard lights has. She was very caring and made me calm and she made me more confident with driving.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing lesson with Ty Tuesday, April 25th, 2022...Ty is well educated....He broke down my turns to me and explained what I was doing wrong/right and showed me how to fix the issues I was having.....I appreciate Ty instructions...Ty is truly an asset to this driving school..... ***Return***Every single instructor I have had has been wonder.. today, I had my 5th lesson with Nigel's Driving Company. Nigel is an amazing instructor. She will will make sure you work on everything from Big to Small. She will keep it real your whole drive. She is a real asset to the company (as well as Bre and Quan).

Fantastic experience: Hi I had a great first lesson with Quan I really like how he taught me everything that I needed to know and he helped me stay focus. I would love to have him again as a teacher. My second lesson was with Ty he did a great job with teaching me everything we did more today I learned how to turn more and focus on staying in the white lines and he was calm and collective I want to have Ty for my next couple Of lessons I’m not nervous as much as I was when I first started.

Positive experience: The first instructor Quan was very helpful and made me feel completely comfortable as a new driver with anxiety. The second instructor ALI cut my 2 hr session short (1 hour session & 30 minute deliberation. ) overall I enjoyed my first session, the second one was rescheduled, I cancelled the third one because I didn’t learn anything in the second one. Fantastic experience: Good afternoon!!! I had my first driving lesson today with Ali. He was the best driving instructor a girl could ask for. He was patient and understanding. He eased my anxiety for the most part and got me comfortable behind the wheel. It was my first time ever in the drivers seat so of course I was nervous but he definitely helped. I recommend them to any and every one and this was after just one lesson!

Fantastic experience: 2nd lesson Ali safely guided me confidently threw the rain I wanted to cancel because of the rain but I’m glad I got some experience I had to realize it’s not all ways going be nice and sunny lol. 1st lesson My lesson with Ali went very well. If you can request him please do, very sweet and we were actually able to joke as if we known each other before. Fantastic experience: SIGN UP NOW!!! This is the place to be you guys! Today was my first lesson and I had a great time and learned so much! Ty was THE BEST! I never thought I be comfortable on the road, but now I am! And the parking?? OMG! It was so great! I need to have Ty for my next lesson please! My next lesson is on the 13th! Their prices are affordable and their customer service is amazing. I already told some family who’s struggling with driving about them. Nigel’s Driving School is THEE place! *Update* Had my 3rd lesson today and it was amazing! I got on the express way for the first time and I still can’t believe it! The express way WAS a big fear of mine and I actually drove it!! Today I had Quan as my instructor and he was soooo cool! He was calm and taught me how to turn better, an issue I was struggling with. He was really chill and taught me what to expect on the test. He helped me park in the Penndot parking spot and helped me drive the test route better. I’m much smoother with my turns, can’t wait until my test! Thank you Nigel again for another good experience. *update* Had my fifth lesson with Ali again. I’m so hype for my test because of him! Taught me more things to remember when taking my test and I had a good time! He made me comfortable and always pointed out my improvements when he notice. He pays attention to you! Fantastic experience: I had a good driving Lesson with Ali today 10/10 My first time at Nigel’s Driving School was amazing, my instructor Ali was so nice and made me feel comfortable behind the wheel. He instructed me to drive the exact route for my test and made sure I did everything correctly. Definitely will be returning! Returning to Nigel’s Driving School for the second time was such a good experience. My instructor Ty taught me how to control my feet on the pedals because I am a bit heavy foot, but he taught me a good skill. He also taught me an easier way to park.

Fantastic experience: Ali I definitely recommend him if you've never drove before! His whole demeanor is good energy you'll breeze through it with no problem! I was scared and nervous and literally within 15minutes I was cool and killing it

Fantastic experience: My permit lesson was amazing, Ty my instructor, was very informative and calm. He made me feel comfortable and not totally nervous. I would love for him to to my driving instructor next time again. Had my fist driving lesson with QUAN and it was goooodd. he was very calm and understanding and was a really good teacher. My driving lesson with Ali was amazing, he was funny and made me feel very comfortable, driving with Ali was calming and he was very understanding. I would love for Ali to be my teacher again.

Fantastic experience: *Third Review* My third lesson with Ali was real cool. It had been a minute since I was behind the wheel and my parking was shaky at first. Now I can confidently say I’m way better at parking and I’m more comfortable behind the wheel. *first review* My first lesson with Quan was really cool. I wasn’t out here driving crazy and he was really patient and calm which helped me drive better and be more comfortable behind the wheel. *second review* My second lesson was good. Ty helped me see what I needed to improve with my driving and gave helpful feedback. He was patient and easygoing.

Fantastic experience: It was great, I was not nervous at all, Ali was very specific easy to understand and he was not pressuring me at all. The experience for me, for my first time was perfect, I would definitely recommend him for your first time lesson and I would also like to have lesson with him again. Definitely recommend!

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience. My lesson was scheduled for 12:00pm the driver arrived at 12:45pm so already ruined my positive mood. Plus i had to pay a “squeeze in fee” for that scheduled time. My roadtest was acheduled for 1:00pm and i ended up taking it at 1:30pm. I got a quick 30 minute lesson and then ended up failing the road test anyway. Super unprofessional, they are nice and all but that doesnt make up for the fact they messed up. ZERO STARS. go somewhere else

Fantastic experience: Ali was a great instructor! It’s my first time driving and he made me feel very comfortable and simplified every step and let me know everything I needed to know for my permit test and how to park. Super helpful, great service!
