Fantastic experience: This was a very thorough driving safety course and I believe it will stay with me at all times when driving. Though this isn't my first time taking this course I always feel I learn something and become a better driver.

I know you can do it over the period of 30 days, but I had a free day and took the whole course in one day. I am glad I did. Some of the videos were so emotional and made me cry. Fantastic experience: I never imagined needing to take this test, but to be honest, it was so easy.. If you don't take the time to comprehend this easy material and answer a series of simple multiple choice questions, then I highly recommend that you never get behind the wheel of anything... like seriously, you qualify for nothing...hahaha. It's that easy.. No tears, you're responsible for needing to take it.. hahhaha

Positive experience: I think this particular course is geared toward people who have had some incidence. It is not geared to seniors especially. I've taken other courses -fortunately only every three years - that didn't seem as long and drawn out and a bit more fun. Those long Dr. Phil videos omg. Usually I learn at least one thing from each time I've taken one of these. What is never considered is the other driver. Truck drivers tailgate All The Time and it's horrible and frightening. They must think it's funny but it's not. I've often wished I had a neon sign on the back of my car that I could turn on that read 'Back Off Buddy!". I might try a different test next time, if I live that long. Good luck.

Fantastic experience: All of the information in this course was very informative and detailed. I know a lot about driving laws but there was so much more to it than I thought. The statics are just mind boggling and I am going to practice being a calm driver with respect for all others. Drive safe and God Bless!!!

Negative experience: RESPONSE TO OWNER: Hi, thanks for making this course available online and easy to find + sign up for. Regarding what you can improve upon— it's your user verification process. It's largely an ineffective process. I would fail my own user verification queries, and the repeated queries only served to make completion more cumbersome.

Fantastic experience: The online class was easy to take, straightforward, and not over-engineered like some of them where it isn't clear why you are or are not progressing. This puts a nice timer on each "Next" button so you know exactly how long you have until you can continue. This gives you plenty of time to read the entirety of the text and/or listen or watch the audio or video (if you choose, I preferred to read the text when possible), and if it's too much time, just take a break and come back. Only thing I noticed it SOMETIMES it seemed like the timer would stop if I was away for TOO long. Not sure if this is the reality or if the timer was just so long on some of the slides that when I came back it was still going. Either way, if you want an easy online defensive driving course, this place does it great IMO.

Positive experience: Good user interface, easy to follow, pause, save. Edit: lowering my rating because the overnight shipping wasn’t honored even though I paid for it and it wasn’t cheap. I finished the course on 10/17 (Thursday); overnight means I should have received it Friday 10/18. I chose this option because I really needed it the next day. Today is Monday 10/21 and still waiting… at this point I might as well wait for the snail mail. So basically the extra fee for overnight shipping was for nothing
