Experiencia negativa: My daughter and I have been calling this company all summer. No answer. No callbacks. We have left so many voicemails and no one responds. I refuse to pay for anything online if this company won’t even return my phone call. All I am looking for is reassurance. This is NOT good business.

Experiencia negativa: To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided to my minor daughter, Erica , regarding a scheduled road test in Alabama. Despite the holiday season, the difficulty in scheduling the test via phone or email was unacceptable. The online self-scheduling system proved ineffective. Didnt work for us. Although we eventually reached a representative after many calls and emails , who scheduled a road test for December 24th at 3:00 PM, the examiner failed to appear. Our request for a refund for the $150.00 fee was denied due to exceeding the refund window. This is wholly unacceptable; they payment for a service not rendered. I intend to dispute the charge with my bank, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and pursue all available avenues to ensure other consumers are aware of this unacceptable business practice. My daughter is 17 , is in school works part time and worked saved $150 for the road test which she never got this service.

I am truly grateful for the level of professionalism that he displays coupled with a pleasant and approachable demeanor. It makes me feel at ease in learning and eager to excel in my driving lessons. I would receive helpful tips that enhance my preparation for the driving test and future driving . Jason is an excellent instructor who is patient, kind and encouraging . I would like to use this medium to convey my deep gratitude for the services bestowed by your company and may God continue to bless the success of your business and all of its employees and its customers . Experiencia fantástica: My instructor and I build a personal bond and that’s good cause she makes me feel confident in driving. I have bad anxiety but she has great patience with me mess ups and all but with her help I’m doing things I never thought I could!!! Shout out to Kayla!!!!
