Experiencia negativa: If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. I would not trust anyone who values their time or their child’s safety to deal with the instructors this company hires. Our experience over the last two months has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. I will call this gentleman out by name. Renardo Brown, a driving instructor at the Official Driving School, is without question one of the most unprofessional individuals I’ve ever encountered. We had heard mixed reviews from other parents, but experiencing it firsthand was a whole different level. We had a drive scheduled for 5:30 in the morning. After waiting for 30 minutes with other families who also woke up at dawn, we tried calling Renardo’s personal cell. He finally picked up on the third ring and casually said he had fallen asleep. Then he told me I could either wait another 25 minutes for him to show up or cancel and leave, as if our time meant nothing. Completely unprofessional. We chose to wait, because everyone was already out there. That alone pushed us close to an hour with zero communication. But it got even worse. About 30 minutes later, he called another parent saying his car wouldn’t start and there was “nothing he could do.” No solutions, no accountability, no effort. Minimal effort. Horrible communication. Rude and inconsiderate behavior across the board. This was not a one-off mistake. This was someone who clearly does not care about the families relying on him. Mr. Brown is a failure, and the Official Driving School should be embarrassed to have him representing their program.

Experiencia fantástica: Mrs. Tulip was extremely cool and she helped me learn by repeating and explaining drivers tools and how to use them.

Experiencia negativa: The first week and 2 driving classes are already canceled due to car breakdown. I wonder how reliable these cars are?

Experiencia fantástica: Mrs Tulip is a great teacher. She made it fun and interesting and made sure all the students interacted. My students have autism and made sure they were getting everything.

Experiencia fantástica: Rishaan Hussain. Mrs.Tulip was a great instructor, and she engaged the class to make sure we were learning and having fun.

Experiencia fantástica: Ahmed Waseem. I had mrs.tulip as my instructor overall good i learned a lot that I didn't know and it wasn't just a bunch of 2 hour long boring class sessions.

Experiencia fantástica: melinda c. I had Samy as my instructor, and they are amazing, there is truly nobody better to go on drives with! Had them all through Segment 1 and for all my drives. 5/14
