Prior to class introductions, we always ask all students that are updating their 3 year PIRP with us if they encountered any moving violations or at fault accidents. Quite honestly, we have yet to hear from a student who completed our 6 hour Empire Safety Council program in the last three years ever raising their hand or stating that they had a moving traffic violation or an at fault accident.
