Experiencia negativa: I spoke to Tom the owner of the business during this summer about driving lessons. I was told that for 3 2 hour lessons it would be $285. I paid the $285 over the course of the first two lessons. Tom called me the day of my third lesson and rescheduled for that following Sunday. I never got a call from him letting me know he was downstairs waiting. So for the following two weeks I called him and got no answer. On Tuesday 9/8, I left him a voicemail on his cell phone and business phone and told him that I would be reporting him to BBB and on Yelp, we spoke today (9/8) and he tells me that because he showed up to the appointment and I didn’t, that I would have to pay an additional $90, when I already paid the $285 in full.

Experiencia fantástica: Tom Masi is the best driving instructor ever! Not only is he incredibly patient, our kids really enjoy his company. They have learned so much in such a short period of time. My kids are in great hands!!!
