Experiencia negativa: This ELD sucks. They still don’t know how to do a split break. They claim it’s a “bug” and they cannot fix your logs.

Experiencia negativa: The Eld is bad, the camera always loses connection and their gps antenna is garbage. I work on these everyday in our trucks and if I could give their customer service a 0 star rating I would. When diagnosing the problems with their drivertech they keep you on the phone for hours and they treat you like your always wrong instead of their horrible designed product. Im very dissatisfied with this degrading service and garbage products please don’t buy!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I have spent 3 days trying to get a hold of these guys, Ive emailed called left messages and no response in 3 days I guess they have enough business and are not looking for anymore
