Experiencia fantástica: Absolute lifesavers and a pleasure to work with. Their virtual program is amazing. I’ve had a nightmare of a time from having lived in SC, getting a DWI in NC, and then having moved to KY. I was pulling my hair out trying to make sense of things and figuring out what I had to do. From the first call with DJ, I was already starting to feel relief. The whole process then on was explained well and wasn’t stressful to complete. Two superstars are definitely DJ and Chris Kaiser. Was an absolute pleasure. Thank you for helping to put this nightmare behind me and making it enjoyable along the way.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to go if you need a DWI taken care of or defensive driving for a speeding ticket. My emails were responded to promptly and I have what I need to go to court. Thank you guys!

Experiencia negativa: Have repeatedly emailed about not being able to join Zoom meetings. There is no communication, waste of time and money.

Experiencia negativa: I took drivers ed here and everything was great except the instructor. I had Mr. C for an instructor. The main thing I didn’t like about him was he would say things different than what the book says and when it came up on the test I got some wrong because I got confused on which to choose on the test.

Experiencia fantástica: At first I was joining there dwi classes to get my driver's license back but now that I've been part of this incredible company I've learned a lot about the effects of alcoholism and drugs and what they can do to you and it keeps me fascinated and educated to the point where I'd could possibly consider bring a counselor myself. I would give it 10 stars if I were able. Dorothy and Kathy are the best Kathy can relate and explains things well as much as Dorothy who is awesome as well. I love this facility. Keep up your education you're feeding people because it's changed my whole life perspective. For the better that is!!!

Experiencia negativa: We would not recommend Carolina Services to anyone. My husband had to use them for their services and we have had to do all the work for them. We had to call multiple times to get an email with the zoom link for classes, call to clarify some rules and regulations to which we were misinformed multiple times, call them multiple times to get an approval email for his classes, have them call us very rudely to tell us we have a balance on the account after we paid in full but they did the math wrong and when they got an attitude with my husband he had to do the math for them and when they were proved wrong they then hung up the phone, and have had to call multiple times to get his certificate of completion. We’ve never had to deal with such an unorganized incompetent group of people. This company is ridiculous. If we could give zero stars we definitely would.

Experiencia negativa: My lawyer recommended taking this company for driving defense of class just setting it up was a little bit difficult I did it via zoom meeting which was weird the instructor was late for the meeting and slow with his response I wasn’t explained too much about what to do and I sent my paperwork in waited a week for my results just to ask what are the status of them then they told me they never received it because the email they had on file to receive it the low longer have access to then they said they tried to contact me which no one did I don’t know if you guys would consider taking a class where are you have to do a paper test pick one where you could just have an automated system and I have an automated test it’s not worth it it was quite hectic
