One Pass Driving Instructor Mr. Hui

Experiencia fantástica: I was a very inexperienced driver so I had 6 lessons with Mr Hui. He is very attentive and made sure that I developed foundational habits for driving, from controlling the steering wheel to understanding traffic light patterns. He is very good at making sure students understand lanes and build a keen sense of road awareness. I used his car for the test, and we had a very helpful shorter lesson before the test, where he went over how to park and back-up. I passed the test first time. Overall, a kind man and great instructor!

Mr. Hui is very responsible, dedicated and take his job very seriously (though very strict as well). You’ll learn real skills with him! Also I passed my drivers test (one pass!)

Experiencia fantástica: I didn't have a car for my behind the wheel test so I contacted Mr. Hui. We did a mock test driving around the neighborhood just before the actual DMV test. Thanks to his guidance and tips during the mock drive I was able to pass the DMV test in one try.

Experiencia fantástica: I have driven cars in many countries around the world either using the right or left hand steering wheels with rental cars and international driving permit. However, due to the different style in the ordinary driving with driving for examination I took driving lesson with Mr. Hui for California drivers license. In this case one course of 2 hour behind the wheel training on the day before the test. Surprisingly, after the training I nearly lost my self-confidence after having found many mistakes that I made. This is because I have forgotten the basic traffic rule of driving and asked Mr. Hui for another extra-training on the next day several hours before the real test; and Mr. Hui agreed for guiding and regaining my self-confidence. Afterwards, I then proceed to the DMV for the real test. When the examiner entered the car I introduced myself as a medical professional and had lived as well as driven car in the U.K and many countries in Europe and Asia. During the 1st half of the test it was quite a silent driving test; such as a usual driver -license test for beginners. However, on the 2nd half while I was still driving, the examiner started to ask me about how the life and the traffic rules in the U.K. Since then, the tension of someone being examined was slowly gone and I regained my self-confidence as a real car driver. The conversation started about my medical profession and he also talked that he has a brother who is a surgeon and as a medical professional it is really a hard job. In spite of relax conversation, I noticed that he put notes (points) every time I made error. Finally, after 15 minute driving test we returned to the the DMV and the examiner explained the mistakes that I made and at the end he said congratulation; you passed the test. Above all this is what he said: I KNOW THAT YOU CAN DRIVE AND HOW TO DRIVE. Today, I realized that the conversation with me is actually the examiner wanted to know if I told him a lie or not about me having had long experience of driving in many countries with my ability to drive while having conversation with someone without being distracted from my focus of driving. This is because I picked up my self-confidence again after having extra training just before the test. Mr. Hui even said if you have experience in backing up car with your own style; do that as long as the examiner know that you able to adjust the 18 inches from the curb. Thank you so much Mr. Hui; you are very helpful indeed to me. I recommend Mr. Hui for you people, as an instructor of preference for driving school guru.

Experiencia fantástica: My behind the wheel test we scheduled for today (Thursday) but I didn’t have a car to take the test. I reached out to Mr.Hui on Tuesday, he got back to me very quickly and was able to meet me today for my drive test. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a driving instructor.

Experiencia fantástica: I took a refresher package with Aaron Hui. It was 3 hours and included a pick up/drop off, a quick spin around Santa Clara DMV and assistance navigating the DMV lines. I passed my California behind the wheel test.l thanks to Aaron who gave me helpful suggestions to refine my driving as well as point out tricky parts near the DMV.
