Experiencia negativa: Very poor customer service/satisfaction. This company is a complete scam. They will not refund your money even when they are inconveniening you by rescheduling classes over and over. It is evident they screw over people. They cannot be trusted!

Experiencia negativa: Ms. Brenda (teacher) was awesome!!! Couldn't ask for better!!! The owner however, was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of other people's time. They make you come back another day to actually pick up your certificate for the course, so it's very inconvenient for those who don't drive. She was 20 minutes late the day I came to pay and 1hour late the day I came to pick up my certificate and then could not get her old computer to print. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I was very late for a scheduled appointment because of her irresponsibility.
