Perry Smith Driving School

Experiencia negativa: Watched one of their cars SPEEDING through the school zone in front of Gettysburg Area High School. It was around 7:05 AM when students are walking to school and buses are coming in and out. The speed limit during the school zone times is FIFTEEN MPH. This black car with the Perry Smith logo on the side was doing at least 45 mph. Would not recommend these instructors if they completely disregard the safety of students getting to school.

Experiencia fantástica: Mr Smith is an excellent driving instructor. He is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and approachable. My son felt comfortable asking him questions and following his guidance, especially with parallel parking. Mr Smith goes above and beyond to make sure his students are ready to pass the test.

Experiencia fantástica: Mr. Smith was such an awesome driving instructor when I was in school, I traveled about an hour to Gettysburg for him to give my 16 year old lessons. He is kind, patient, and very professional. My daughter felt comfortable with him and looked forward to her lessons.

Experiencia negativa: This man is a joke. He should not be working with the public more less students. He is very ignorant. Unpleasant and a waste of time and money.

Experiencia negativa: Doesn't use turn signals when changing lanes so why can he be an instructor

Experiencia fantástica: Great driving teacher, very calm/collective. Lots of behind the wheel training. I had a TBI in '10,took20 hours of "refreshment and course". Also a GHS drivers education teacher.
