Experiencia negativa: Set an appointment through field print for 10 am. Business says it opens at 10 but door is locked and no one answers the phone.

Experiencia negativa: Had a appt with field print at 1pm. Got there on time an was told the lady had to run to the bank an would be right back. I say that's fine. A little later the guy poked his head back out again an said she knows she had an appt at 1 shell b right back she went to the bank. I'm like ok that's fine. At 1:15 the lady walks in with a bag with to go food in it. I get you have to eat but I was lied an was told she went to the bank. If you have an appt be present for that appt on time. It took a while 2 mins an I had to wait 15 for her to get there. Very unprofessional. Take your lunch when there's no appts or send the other person to get it.
