Experiencia positiva: Counselors are courteous and knowledgeable, front desk clerks do not know what they’re doing . Except for Rosa she does it all . If you’re gonna speak to somebody at the front desk speak to Rosa. Oh yeah don’t even try calling that will get you nowhere.

Experiencia fantástica: I give it 5 stars cause they are very friendly and professional. They really work with you with your schedule also you really learn a lot from here. Mistakes are made but they really treat you with respect and really help you get through your dui problems also recovery. From Me thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Coming from a horrible experience from ABC Traffic in El Monte where attitude was their middle name and not knowing what to expect when we walked into this new location, but The staff was very Friendly and understanding. The receptionist was very patient and answered all of our questions had a smile on her face the whole time. Thank you so much.
