Unfortunately due to the COVID 19 pandemic our office is "less kid friendly" in the aspect that we no longer have toys in the waiting room for sibling and patients to play with. We have put them away in order to help keep our patients and their families safe by lessening the spread of germs. However we do still offer a tv for those in the waiting area which is set to the Disney channel and if its requested we do provide toys, and coloring supplies. We aren't able to comment on specific patients due to HIPPA but we are glad that you were able to find a therapist that is a better fit.

Values classes are held on Wednesday Mornings. Due to the nature of the class being "put down" means that we just add your name to list of possible class participants, so that we know how many people to expect. When you message our business through Google it sends a direct message to Nicole's cell phone. If she is messaged during a time that it outside of her personal business hours she will do her best to answer the message in a timely manner however if she isnt at the office and is asked a question that would require to access information stored in the office she wouldn't be able to access it, but will do so upon returning to the office. Im so sorry that you had an unpleasant experience. Lifetime Counseling and DUI School is a very small family owned private practice. That being said one way that we are able to keep cost down to clients is that we don't have a full time receptionist (the girl that you are referring to must have been my sister in law who is only here to help us with our Substance Abuse groups for three hours on Tuesday evenings). Also our office hours vary Monday through Thursday 9am-8pm however we are sometimes out of the office due to court proceedings, trainings, meetings, counseling in the community, lunch and marketing. Generally phone calls will be returned once the counselors have a break and are able to do so. Due to the confidentially nature of counseling the Counselors wont leave a message on a phone where the caller isn't identified in the voicemail message, or are unable to leave a message if the caller "has a voicemail box that inst set up" , or a voice mail box that is full or if the callers phone doesn't accept calls from a private number.
