Experiencia negativa: I dont even believe this place is real. I'm starting to believe this was all a scam. I signed my daughter up for driving classes Dec 7th. It was canceled. So I rescheduled her again for early this month. Canceled again. Keep in mind the dates for rescheduling are about a month out. I'm not going to reschedule again because something is odd at this point. The phone number disappeared off the website. So you can not call a real person. You have to email. And I went by the address on the website and it's a multi unit building , I saw no cars. I'm annoyed at this point and I emailed asking for a refund. I have not received a refund yet. I understand unexpected things happen. Just give me my money back so I can move on. Im probably going to have to take this place to court. I would not recommend anyone giving this place your money. Your kid will never get a driving lesson and you will go through mud to get refunded.

Experiencia negativa: We booked Matthew for 6 hours of driving lessons and only completed 2. The first session was rescheduled and ended 15–20 minutes early. The second session was constantly pushed back until I finally had to request a refund. Our time is valuable, and the constant rescheduling was unprofessional and inconvenient. If he wasn’t in a position to commit to lessons, that should’ve been communicated upfront instead of taking payment and wasting our time. He did refund the remaining 4 hours, but the experience overall was disappointing.

Experiencia fantástica: We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Northland Driving School and highly recommend it especially for those that need a little more confidence before taking the drivers test. The customer service was outstanding. The owner is really friendly and listens to your concerns. He covers everything your teen will need to know to be a safe driver and gives them the confidence as they prepare for the drivers test. Sending our son through the program was an excellent refresher for my wife and I as well on tips and rules for driving. A few recommendations: (1) Prepare by reaching out and scheduling appointments way in advance as they get busy; and (2) Be flexible. They may have appointment cancellations and be able to work with you earlier.

Experiencia negativa: No phone number. The number on their website is no longer active. Maybe they aren’t in business?

Experiencia fantástica: Matt’s instructions/tips for driving, parking and parallel parking were very helpful. Both of my boys passed their driving test the first time!

Experiencia fantástica: Matt was very nice and a kind instructor he helped me with my driving and made it very clear on what was right and wrong. He answered every question I had and after my lessons I felt confident to go for my drivers license and proceeded to get a perfect score on it. I owe it to northland driving school they are definitely the best.

Experiencia negativa: I would leave less than one star if I could. We bought 6 hours, lessons were 2 hours at a time. My son got home 15 mins before he was supposed to the first time. 20 the second time and on the 3rd session he got home 35 mins before the session was supposed to end. You have to pay upfront so he scammed me out of an hour of paid lessons. Not to mention he has no patience at all! I will absolutely be taking my daughter somewhere else. Saw your reply. It’s absolutely you guys. Matt was the instructor. My mom bought him the lessons and it was almost a year ago. Someone mentioned your driving school and I realized I never left the review that I meant to leave when it happened. I left a message for you guys to discuss after the 3 time shaving time off but never got a call back.

Experiencia fantástica: Matt was the best! He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and through. My daughter took 2, 2 hours sessions with him and she was able to confidently pass her drivers test. She was even able to perfectly parallel park. I had been unsuccessfully trying to teach her for a year now. 100% worth every penny!

Experiencia fantástica: I would give 10 stars if I could! Matt was very professional and so easy to work with! He is very patient with new learners and teaches them all the skills they need to pass their test and become safe and competent drivers. He taught two of my kids and both passed their driving test on their first attempt. Highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: Our daughter went through the sessions with Matt and our daughter got ! Super flexible and friendly, would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: My son passed his drivers test with 100% on his first try after taking 3 sessions with Matt. Matt had patience and was very helpful with teaching our new driver. My son says he credits his passing all to these courses.

Experiencia fantástica: 1. I’m not a native English speaker and he still taught me so well. 2. I have never driven in my life before this and he made it POSSIBLE! 3. I’m the mother of two kids which means I have to practice driving with them in the car and it’s not easy. Even though I don’t have much time, the time I took with him was efficient enough to pass the test. Thank you so much for your help, Matt. You are awesome!!

Experiencia fantástica: We couldn't have asked for a better driving instructor for our daughter. We are HAPPY with Carrie's progress over the course of 8 hrs. Carrie passed her test with a score of 93. Per our previous conversations, you were recommended by a parent in the Park Hill School District, and you can be certain we will share your information with others! Experiencia fantástica: Coach Matthew, thanks for helping Kylie overcome her fear of interstate driving. Your curriculum is what she needed to build her confidence! she indeed past her test, but as teachers ourselves, we appreciate instructors who go above and beyond for their students. It's apparent that your curriculum teaches more than just passing a test. You provide a foundation of core skills that will be applied in everyday driving situations.
