Experiencia negativa: I wish there is less than one star rate!!! Just wasted my time and money! Unprofessional and rude all the time you talking to their office! My son practice tool almost six months to get it done and the reason why their car got an accident and stay in the bodyshop for almost two months and if you ask they will show you really bad attitude and you can’t say anything and threading you that they can drop him from class! because you paid upfront they really have control. Please go find another school or you will regret and remember my review!.

Experiencia negativa: If I can give less stars I would. DON'T waist your money. You can save yourself the headache of dealing with this people and money by doing the parent driven lessons from the DPS website. They charge an arm and leg for their service but you will have to do all the work anyways. They charge you additional fees if you are 1 minute late but they can forget to show up, and you just have to take it. My daughter could have been a licensed driver by now, but due to their negligence, I am having to reschedule her driving test for the 3rd time. Like I said save yourself the headache and disappointment do not enroll you kid in this driving school, look else where.

Experiencia negativa: This was terrible. First time we went he wasn’t there because he was “sick” and then today we had an appotinment at which we clearly stated that it would be at 5:30. He didn’t show up and we attempted to call him but it went straight to voicemail like always and told him we were fed up and wanted our money back. Than he called us back and said he was there from 4:50 - 5:10 when we had a conversation agreeing for 5:30. Terrible service and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I really appreciate everything that Mr. Laws and Ms. Laws has been doing for my son! I recommend them to anyone who has kids in school. They really care and have made a HUGE impact on my son's outlook on driving.

Experiencia negativa: I'll gladly update this review if a satisfactory solution is offered: They canceled classes *THREE TIMES*. The first time we were not given a reason, but given that this was my first time doing business with them, I did not expect this to become a regular issue, so it didn't bother me that no reason was given. The second time they told students to meet at a public library; when we got there at the scheduled time, the librarian (and NOT SOMEONE FROM DRIVING BY LAWS) informed the parents who were there that Driving by Laws could not hold a class there. Nobody from the company even bothered to show up to talk to the parents. The third time they told us there not enough students had signed up.

Experiencia negativa: I called and no it automatically send you to voicemail. the website to schedule an appointment doesn’t work and i drove there to see if I could make an appointment in person but I couldn’t find their office at all. looked everywhere surrounding the area and nothing was found

Experiencia fantástica: So grateful we found Driving by Laws we couldn't be more pleased with our son's experience. We actually often say we miss Mr. Laws. We highly recommend DBL.

Experiencia fantástica: Was recommended for Driving Instructor Training by a friend and Mr. Laws far exceeded my expectations! You can tell he really cares about his students and taught me a lot of things to look out for that wasn’t in the training manuals. The way he communicates is very clear and concise. For a topic that can sometimes be seen as tedious, he keeps the dialogue interesting with witty banter and real world facts that produces drivers that operate much more defensively than just by the book. Would recommend to my friends and family!

Experiencia fantástica: Mr. Laws is a very hands on professional who has taught both of my daughters to drive. Allowing someone to train our children to drive was not something we took lightly, in fact it was a very serious decision.
