Experiencia fantástica: Emalee is hands down the best driver’s ed instructor I could have asked for! She put real-world examples when teaching, making it easier to remember on our unit test. She would write/draw notes for us to write down to soon help for our permit test. 100% recommend her.

Experiencia negativa: Yeah I'd have to agree with Traci's and other's review about their customer service. I called them to ask questions and to set up an appointment for my road test and the woman on the phone quickly got irritated. After asking questions, I tried to make an appointment for my road test and I was soon hung up on. I'd be happy to spend an extra $20 for my road test somewhere else than to spend my money on the rude people that got irritated by me asking questions. They don't seem to really care about helping or caring for their (potential) customers.

Experiencia negativa: If you are looking for a kind and encouraging person to give your child their driver's test, look elsewhere. After a terrible experience with Mountain States, we had a great experience with American Driving Academy. Owner: Thank you for proving my point with your response. You should not have a job working with people. I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid your company.

Experiencia fantástica: Overall it was an amazing experience. I had Misty as my instructor and she made the process so amazing. She made it a less stressful environment. With driving it is already stressful especially being new to it, so having less stress was amazing. She was so understanding and answered every single question I had. I learned so much from her. She is truly an amazing teacher. If you really want to do well I would 100% choose her as a instructor.

Experiencia negativa: Really poor experience. I was booked for a 12:30pm drive test, was called the night before to reschedule for 11am, ok no problem. I showed up 15 minutes early and the proctor hadn't started the test before mine. I didn't end up taking my test until 11:45! To add insult to injury he nit picked that I wasn't perfectly centered in the lines when I parked, mind you I was maybe 2 inches off center and had parked a little closer to the line on the driver side to allow extra room for him to exit the vehicle since there was a fence on his side. Absolute joke!! Rude and unprofessional! It's no wonder they make sure to get your money up front. Response to owner: I understand you have a business to run and there are often factors outside your control but to blame your inability to schedule properly on your other staff missing work is abysmal. While I was there you offered my 12:30 spot to another client. It was very clear that you just overbooked as not to inconvenience yourself. You called me to adjust my time, so clearly you had time to plan and adjust. Seems like you were just trying to maximize your day at the expense of your customers.

Experiencia negativa: Beware, nobody there to answer the phones, if you have a change or an issue, they will just take your money and laugh at you and tell you sorry for your bad luck. They make you pay first then dont tell you they are booked out for weeks and you will be driving all over nothern colorado to get an opening for weeks. Then if you have any issues or challenges there is nobody there to answer the phones. They are sitting there praying that you miss your appointment and watch the phone ring so they can take the hour off they were supposed to train your child on driving. I was sitting in the office and nobody says high, or even looks your way ever. Unless you are giving them money they dont care about you at all, and will laugh at you if you want to call and make a change or an appointment, stay far away from this company with 0 customer service, and 0 care for people.

Experiencia fantástica: Had to make an appointment for a drive test, was able to schedule within the same week. I showed up and the instructor was really kind. I'm in my 30s, had to get reinstated and they were extremely good at making me feel comfortable and at ease during every portion of the test. Highly recommend

Experiencia negativa: Llegas a la oficina y te atienden mal. Luego haces tu cita y no te dan ningún papel con la hora y la fecha y cuando llega el día del examen te dicen muy cómodamente que te equivocaste que era para otro día y que casualidad que ya pasó. Buen negocio no?
