Experiencia negativa: So far we are off to a bad start. My son took the classes at Madison HS and so far we are 3 weeks without being able to schedule in car instruction. They are 4-6 weeks out for appointments and DO NOT CARE!!! They take your money and tell you "oh well". Save your money and find a better company. Terrible experience and customer service and they have nothing to do with the school they just rent a room for instruction.

Experiencia fantástica: No idea what’s up with some of the negative reviews, my instructor Mr. Szitas is super nice and we’ve had no issues with billing or scheduling like some other reviews are saying. Would totally recommend going here, very informative classes!

Experiencia negativa: My son took online classes, but did not get around to his in car lessons for a year. When we inquired about doing them now, we were informed that we would need to pay the entire fee again. I understand that by law, he needs to retake the class, and I have no problem paying for that. I did, however, expect some kind of discounted rate due to the fact that we already paid for the in car training but never received that instruction. I don’t generally like paying for services that I never receive.

Experiencia negativa: Instructors are friendly, so they should not be included in this review… Horrible customer service, they will have no problem taking your money! Don’t expect an answer to a general question because they will NOT answer the phone when you call! They will only return the call if they know they’ll lose your $450. Good luck

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter took her in-car driving lessons here and they were very easy to work with and my daughter really liked her in-car instructor Heather. Would highly recommend this school.

Experiencia fantástica: Took my son here to work on maneuverability, and we were really having a rough time. A sweet woman saw us and took pity on us, and offered to help! Whatever she told him did the trick! I am eternally grateful!

Experiencia fantástica: My driving instructor was very nice, encouraging, and knowledgeable. Once we were able to find an opening, the ladies at the school made it very easy to schedule lessons for times that would work for me. Would highly recommend.

Experiencia positiva: Had no issues

Experiencia fantástica: I took my in-car driving lessons with them and I loved my instructor. She was very nice and kindly corrected me on what I needed to fix. We practiced manuverability several times and everything else as she felt I personally needed.

Experiencia negativa: Paid them money for the class and still haven't received a call for the driving portion. We have waited well over a month. Calls aren't being returned. Have another class starting this week.... meaning they are taking in more money and not providing the full services they say they will.... in a timely manner. Highly disappointed. Would definately look elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: you pay all this money for them to learn my daughter only did maneverability 1 time she said she was rushed the 2nd time because someone else was waiting I WOULDN'T USE THEM AGAIN
