Experiencia negativa: Worst driving school ever. Impossible to schedule lessons and cancelation fee absurd. Don't sign up and get cheated out of your money.

Experiencia fantástica: Ms. Angelica was a wonderful driving instructor. She is kind, patient, and also very knowledgeable. She truly wants her students to become the best drivers.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give a negative star I would. My father had purchased the driving school package for my son in Jan/Feb 2020. My son started the program and completed the online portion of it, then my father passed mid Feb. and Covid lockdown happened in March. It took us time to get through the funeral and to refocus on the driving school training... we had to locate information on what he purchased. Called AAA to ensure it was still in the system, person said yes, no problem, give us a call when you have the permit. Our DMV was not taking appointments and our city was in the Purple Tier... which meant to only go out if needed... we didn't see taking his permit test as an emergency or absolute need, so we held off. We called today after our city was moved to the red tier and my son was able to pass his permit test and we were told that the $500 that my father spent for the program expired. But they were willing to give us a break and reinstate it for $75. Really. I was never told about this when I called earlier. I can pay the $75 no problem... but given what happened with Covid this past year... I think AAA can do better.
