AAA Driving School

Experiencia negativa: In short: unreliable, unprofessional, and poor customer service. I would not recommend this school to anyone. I had planned to get my license this summer, but the system made it incredibly difficult. The mandatory 14-day gap between lessons and the limitation of only being able to book two classes at a time significantly delayed my progress. During my second lesson, I was involved in a minor accident within the first 10–15 minutes, and the session could not continue. There was no damage to either vechicles, and the instructor assured me that rescheduling would not be an issue and that the incomplete lesson wouldn’t count. He even admitted partial responsibility, as he had taken the wheel moments before a turn to demonstrate, then abruptly handed control back to me. After the incident, it was clear he didn’t know how to respond, he appeared nervous and left me in the driver’s seat with the car still in drive, without offering any further instruction. When I contacted the office, I was repeatedly told they couldn’t do anything until they heard back from administration, claiming they had sent internal emails. Despite over a week of follow up emails and phone calls, I received no response. Their complete lack of communication and accountability left me no choice but to cancel. In addition to the $640 paid for the 10 hour lesson package, I was charged $240 for one full lesson, one incomplete lesson, and a cancellation fee. Utterly ridiculous and unacceptable.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible customer service, if you think to pay them for classes make sure you understand that you will pay $640.00 for 10 classes that will take 6+ months to complete with 14 day period in between scheduling. My daughter had a minor accident, no damages made to other the vehicle, within the first 10 minutes of class and the instructor reassured her that the class would not count as her second lesson and she would be able to reschedule within 24 hrs. I called to cancel and they charged me for 2 classes , plus $ 100 .00 for cancellation,
