Experiencia positiva: The gentleman that did the training was amazing. Very informative and respectful. The woman in the office, Barb, lied to me about card issuance. When i cited OSHA regulations on this topic, she got very rude and snippy with me. Get a new receptionist. Barb, you must work on your personal skills. I was still respectful with you even after you became rude. Thank you. Highly recommend the trainer. He was great.

Experiencia negativa: A woman named Barb in the office is rude and disrespectful! She hung up on me twice! She never sent me any information on the classes I was suppose to attend nor a receipt on the deposit I made after asking her repeatedly for one via email. Terrible communication as well. She never notified me about my classes being canceled. I was fortunate to have called just a few days before showing up to my classes just to find out they have been canceled. Not recommended!!
