Experiencia negativa: I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this driving school. I paid for driving lessons before the pandemic, and despite repeated attempts to follow up once restrictions eased, they never fulfilled their end of the agreement. I called the office multiple times—no answer, no call back, and no accountability. I also reached out directly to the instructor I was assigned, George. Initially, he assured me that we would resume and complete the lessons. However, after a few delays and excuses, he stopped responding entirely and eventually blocked my number. It's unacceptable for any business, especially one that deals with children and licensing, to treat customers this way. I paid in good faith and received absolutely nothing in return. I would strongly caution others against enrolling here unless you want to risk being ignored and out of pocket. Avoid this school at all costs.

Experiencia negativa: I strongly advise parents to avoid Alliance Driving School and instructor Joseph Jadran. During my daughter’s driving lessons, he acted very unprofessionally, making inappropriate comments and behaving in a way that made her extremely uncomfortable. No student should have to experience this while learning to drive. This behavior is unacceptable, and I urge others to be cautious when considering this school.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very great experience with this driving school. My instructor was Joe and he was very nice! He made driving more comfortable and knew how to get me calm with kind words. I passed my drivers test as an adult on the first go.

Experiencia fantástica: As an adult first-time driver who attempted driving lessons before and did not have great experiences I’m happy to share that today I passed my road test thanks to Evelyn my instructor at Alliance. Evelyn is professional, direct and a skilled instructor. I appreciated her candor, patience and putting me at ease when I doubted myself. It was a great experience and I highly recommend her. I hope she’s still teaching in 9 years when my child will be old enough to drive.

Experiencia fantástica: Due to the lessons I received from Alliance Driving School were exactly what I needed in order to pass my driving test. The instructor I was connected with, Joe, was not only extremely helpful in teaching me how to drive, he was also friendly, accommodating and was clear with his instructions. I highly recommend them, for I wouldn’t have passed my test without their teachings.

Experiencia fantástica: We had an excellent experience with Alliance. Got connected with a driving instructor the same day I called. Jorge was friendly, accommodating, and a good teacher and communicator. He made sure we did everything we needed to do to have a seamless experience all the way through to the test.

Experiencia negativa: I did not partake of any driving courses, however I had the uneasy experience of following behind one of the instructors with a student. It was raining that day. The law of the state of New Jersey is: "wipers on, lights on". The instructor failed to instill this in the student. Also, the use of turn signal indicators was sporadic. Maybe you should look elsewhere for safer driving instruction.

Experiencia negativa: If I could do 0 stars, I totally would! Very unreliable driving school! Calls are always sent to voicemail and instructor, Joe, is very unprofessional. Was called babe numerous times during the 6 hours and was assured that I would be taught everything on the day of my test, rather than practicing before hand! Instructor does not prepare you well for the road test! Please steer clear of this school! Take you time and money someplace else!

Experiencia negativa: I had their instructor shouting at me with finger pointing at BMV parking lot. While receiving training, their instructor would call me "Baby" out of the blue. Totally gangster style!!!!!! Don't recommend anyone to go through this

Experiencia negativa: Very Rude!! I call up on Thursday to see if they have any appointments for Friday. The person on phone told me yes and they have one at 11 AM. We discuss fee and address and he confirms the appointment. Next day morning I go to work and see that I have an important meeting scheduled for 11 AM at my work place which I cannot miss. It was sent out the same day at 7 AM , so there was no way I could have known that on Thursday when I made the appointment.So I start calling them from 9 AM, but no one picks the call.I eventually leave a voicemail, that I will have to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances and I even apologize. I try calling them several times so that they avoid driving to my home for the appointment. Finally at 11 AM,I receive the call directly from the instructor that she is at my gate. I explain the situation to her and she understands and asks me to call at the office to reschedule. So long so good. Next I receive a call from their office and the person on phone (John?) starts accusing me for cancelling at the last minute and says I cannot cancel on the same day and they need 24 hr notice for cancellations. I ask him why he did not tell me this yesterday when I made my appointment. He says he did not expect me to cancel. Well I did not expect either and had every intention to attend the class. He then rudely asks me to find another driving school and not call them again and slams down the phone. It was such a rude experience. If they need advance notice for cancellations and if they are so particular about it, then they should atleast make sure to tell you that beforehand. I hope the instructors are not as rude. Good luck to you if you if you are taking your classes here.
