Experiencia negativa: As a first-timer, I found the sessions to be quite unfriendly to beginners, even though I was placed in the “beginner” group. I attended the Buttonwillow (Classic) event. The ticket was about $230, plus $70 for instruction during two of the five sessions. There’s also a $10 admission fee at the entrance. From my experience: Many drivers on the track were driving extremely fast, even in the beginner group. Instructors tend to put a lot of pressure on you because if you drive a bit slower, you’ll create traffic behind you. There wasn’t much time for actual learning. After a short briefing about flags, passing rules, and safety, you’re expected to perform on the track right away. Since everything happens so fast, I didn’t have enough time to understand the track layout — which I think is critical for learning how to enter apexes and navigate corners properly. During my first two sessions with the instructor, I mainly followed directions in real time — brake, turn, keep left, let others pass — but didn’t have time to absorb what was being said or process the flags on track. By the third session, I was driving alone. Unfortunately, I panicked at a turn, braked too hard, and slid off the track. Luckily, there was no damage or injury, but it could have been very dangerous — and any damage or injury would have been entirely my responsibility. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this event for true first-timers. It’s much safer and more valuable to start at a slower pace, learn the fundamentals on track, and get comfortable with the layout before pushing for speed.

Experiencia fantástica: Chris, Cameron, and Bronson are some of the best peeps in the track org business to work with. They truly care about the drivers that sign up and right a tight ship ensuring everyones enjoyment and safety. If it's your first track day or your millionth, definitely come out with SV!

Experiencia fantástica: Such an incredible organization! I went with my fiancé several times and saw how beautiful the car community can be to each other. The guys are all so friendly and helpful and kind! It's fun to see them all do their favorite thing and meet other guys in the process Eventually, I decided to get on the track (button willow) and although I initially was absolutely terrified, it was so much fun! Can't say that I caught the bug perse but I would do it again and only with this organization. I got on the track with a coach, and after the 3rd time out I could keep up with everyone else (or at the very least everyone wasn't lining up behind me lol). So big accomplishment! I highly recommend, would do it again... have done it twice! And have gone a million more times with fiancé. Love Speed Ventures, and have gotten to know the people that work the events. Have only good things to say about them all.

Experiencia fantástica: Ive been tracking with Speed Ventures for years and they never seize to amaze me with how well they opperate. Everyone from the flaggers to the opperations team is passionate about putting on a good event and it shows. 10/10 reccomend

Experiencia fantástica: Attended a track day at Streets of Willow. First time. They arranged an excellent instructor for the first two sessions and a helmet for a small extra fee. The driver meeting was informative. They make it very clear when your group is going on track and use an app so if there are delays you know in advance which is helpful in addition to announcements over the PA. Other drivers are respectful and safe and most drive fast! Recommended if you're driving around in a sports car and you want to have safe, fast fun.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and safety-first folks, thanks, I had the time of my life and got to finally enjoy the performance of my Type R without worrying about speeding tickets. I definately want to do more track days with these guys! I took my daughter along as passenger and now she wants to learn the stick shift so she can track-day the car, too. Highly recommended.

Experiencia negativa: They're fairly organized but are definitely one of the most expensive organizers per minute of seat time. They charge slightly higher than average of most organizers, but I've never seen an organizer pack so many people into an event. This last event I ran with them had eight (yes, EIGHT) run groups. Therefore, it started earlier than most, ended later than most, and we only got 4 sessions that were 15-17 minutes (which were fairly crowded). That was my biggest gripe. On smaller issues... they send out a lot of forms, manuals, and writeups, and probably a couple hours worth of reading material. This is totally fine, but they send it all within 24 hours before the event... people are going to be at work, last-minute prepping, and/or last-minute packing.. it's hard to make time for all that extra stuff. Other small issue is I instructed; they say on the website they'll refund half of the entry cost for helping with instruction... sounds awesome! Turns out that it's just a coupon/credit to use towards the next track day. I enjoy instructing, so it's nbd, but it feels like a bit of a bait-and-switch and they should probably be more transparent when you register as an instructor that they're credits.

Experiencia fantástica: Speed Ventures is a premier organization. I have been tracking with them since 2006 and had nothing but great experience. Easy to deal with and very accommodating.

Experiencia fantástica: What a fantastic organization! I started my motorsport journey back with Speed Ventures in years ago. I was terrible, slow and basically had absolutely no idea what I was doing on a race track. Through working with the Speed Ventures team I was able to hone my craft. I went from the point by groups, to open passing to competing in Time Trials and placing top 3 at most events. I know have the pleasure of instructing first timers at multiple different track day events and owe it all to speed ventures. It feels like when I attend a track day with them, I'm hanging out with all my friends and family. I know everyone that works there and they know me. If you're looking to get better at driving. Looking for a well structured organizer that doesn't skimp on safety. This is the place for you!

Experiencia fantástica: I've done around 15 track days with SV and it's always a good experience. I've been able to progress from the beginner group to the open passing group over the years.

Experiencia fantástica: Had an excellent experience with them for my very first track and plan on going back with them for my next track days. They where very organized both giving us information before we went to the track so we would know what to expect. On track day they ensured everyone's safety with briefings and making sure everyone was following the rules properly. Even though it was a rainy day we had an excellent experience on track and at no point did I feel like they had dropped the ball on any of the days organization or safety surrounding all the cars both on and off the track.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience which I almost missed out on. After reading all the negative reviews, I effectively wrote SV off and went about looking for someone else to go on track with. Luckily coworker with first hand experience recommended them. Figured I'd give it a try. I'm not sure what the "bad customer service" reviews are all about. Called, left a message, received a call back. I believe it was Chris who happily answered all my questions and a week later we were at the track. Well organized, briefings were straight forward. Overall friendly and laid back group of people. Looking forward to the next one!

Experiencia negativa: Customer service doesn't help or answer calls so it's impossible to get them to render any sort of service for the money you've given them. No help or insight to help get on track. Solid way to waste thousands of dollars.

Experiencia negativa: It's hard to imagine a place with worse customer service that can help in any sort of way.
