An online 6-hour Adult Drivers Ed program that is TDLR Certified and includes a Written Test. Drivers above 18 years old are eligible to take this course to obtain a learner’s permit.

Every Texan driver under 18 years of age who is getting behind the wheel for the first time must successfully finish a Texas state-endorsed 24-hour Driver Education Course. The parent taught program is complex and requires parents, guardians, and designees to work with multiple entities. The Driver Education Teen course consists of a minimum of 24 hours of classroom instruction, 7 hours of in-car observation, 7 hours of behind the wheel supervised instruction, and 30 additional hours of behind the wheel instruction.

We love Ms. Kelly! She was able to teach my son with next to zero driving experience to drive in 90 minutes. She's thorough and knows how to adapt to each students needs. After the 90 minutes lesson, I was comfortable enough to sit next to my son and let him Uber me around without fearing for my life! Driver2U is one of the best price point that I found and customer service is excellent. They're accommodating and will work with your schedule. I'm glad we picked Drive2U for our son's driving class. Made my life easier and definitely money well spent!

I moved to Texas as an adult and did not know how to drive since I always use public transportation in NY. I was very nervios and honestly thought I wouldn't be able to learn. Just wanted to say thank you for your guidance with Jackson. He has been doing great. This past year he went to school in Tyler and has made 3 round trips all by himself and he is the designated driver for all his friends when they go out. Lots of trips to Dallas. She is so patient but strict which I appreciate so much ! My son came back from just one lesson more aware of what he didn’t know and I didn’t know how to teach him . I feel much better knowing she is teaching him exactly what to do and look for . He is definitely more prepared than he would have been without her.

Finally a Great Driving School. Got this reference from a friend who had an awesome experience with Mrs. Kelly Marsh, with Drive2u driving school. She is customer service driven and is patient with the parents and students. She is flexible with scheduling and understands that our kids do a million activities and she is so accommodating. My son just completed his driving test with her. Not only did she administer the test but she explained everything he did good and bad. Weoved how she walked him step by step through the test and was so thorough and patient. She was more concerned with teaching him than just taking g him on a driving exam. She even helped organize all of our paperwork for DPS. For those concerned about extra help she is experienced with special needs and disabilities. She is 5 stars.

I PASSED!!! When I was 16 I failed the road test twice and have never taken it again. I am now 24 and ready to get my license so I booked a class and a test with Kelly. She made sure to calm my nerves before starting and she really helped me focus on what I need to improve in the future. Kelly created such a positive environment in the car that I wasn't all tense when I was driving, I think this made a huge impact on my ability to concentrate. 5 stars doesn't feel like enough but it will have to suffice... THANK YOU KELLY FOR HELPING ME COMPLETE A HUGE MILESTONE! This license ordeal has been a weight on my shoulders for years and I can now move forward!

I am an Asian, not a native English speaker. I had delayed learning to drive because of the fear to drive and not understand my instructor's guidances. I looked around several driving schools in Cypress and read all mixing reviews on Google but I could not find a reliable one. Some neighbors in my Cypress community recommended Ms.Marsh. She was punctual, very patient and easy to get along with. She always emphasized the safety and the importance of practicing if I want to drive with my little kids. We used Kelly Marsh and Drive 2U for my son to make sure he was ready after the Aceable parent taught portion. She was really good and my son took the DPS test with her too. Highly recommend! Very convenient and she is VERY thorough!

Yes! We are a third party testing site and quicker than the DPS office with getting you scheduled. Please call/text/email Drive2u to see if you eligible to take the DPS Authorized Road Test.

-Be at least 16 years of age, have held a valid learners permit for a minimum of six months, completed an approved Teen or Parent Taught Driver Education in its entirely, and complete the Impact Texas Teen Drivers (ITTD) program,

We use late model vehicals that are equipped with automatic transmissions, dual-brake systems, and additional rear view mirrors on the instructor’s side.

Yes, i am certified through the Texas Department of License Regulations (TDLR). I am a TA-Full licensed instructor meaning I can teach in a driver’s education licensed school or classroom and instruct in a car. I have recieved thorough background check and fingerprints by DPS.

Driving lessons are only provided in the zip codes listed below. If you do not live within any of these zip codes, please contact DRIVE2U directly at (832) 573-9600 to schedule.

Lessons outside of our service area will be allowed on a case by case basis and will be subject to additional $25 travel fee per lesson. Must pay travel invoice that will be email prior to lesson(s).
