Experiencia negativa: Emailed my granddaughters paperwork in last week for the driving portion as she already did online somewhere else. The pricing on the website has online and driving separated showing the driving at $400. I called today to pay and was charged $460. I called back and told them she is just doing the driving portion and website States $400. I was told it's $460 and nothing they can do about it. If I could schedule her somewhere else I absolutely would. If Master Sylvania sees this review you need to update your website and specify the pricing correctly.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m very grateful to have gone with this school! I had Sam, very VERY great instructor! I’m very happy she was my instructor. Not only did she help soothe my nerves behind the wheel, she helped me with maneuverability and problems that arose. Proud to report I am getting better at driving because of her. Thank you, Sam! Also, the online course was quick and to the point. Scheduling was easy and if there was an issue, Sam was quick to make sure it was fixed with the main office. Sam is witty, comedic, and a very good teacher. Highly recommend!

Experiencia positiva: My daughter had a great experience, with both the classroom and the driving portions. If I could change one thing, it would be to make it easier to communicate with the home office. It took a few phone calls to answer questions, get scheduled, etc. The instructor, Sam, was a great fit for my daughter. She pushed her just outside of her comfort zone, but provided positive reassurance along the way. My daughter's confidence definitely increased during those driving hours with Sam.

Experiencia fantástica: My son had a good experience here with Sam as his teacher and driving instructor. He wasn’t happy with the way a few of the kids in his class were rude to the teacher and my son had to tell them to knock it off more than once but other than that he had a good experience. We had a little issue after my son completed the class portion because his permit expired, so he couldn’t schedule to drive until he could retake the permit test. Sam helped get him scheduled quickly for his driving time after that. It was really easy to sign up online and pay the first day of class. My other son will be ready for drivers ed soon and we will be taking him to Sam also.

Experiencia negativa: They teacher to my daughter to sit down and shut her mouth, (my daughter is not the only student that had issues others were screamed at) she also lied to me about the process and then they tried to charge me an extra $100 when they said we can see how there was a miscommunication. (So they knew they were in the wrong) they are rude disrespectful among one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. My daughter didn’t get to finish her classes and they kept her money. (Because I called the state) they told me they are finished with her and talking to me and hung up on me! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCHOOL FOR ANY REASON!!!

Experiencia negativa: Everything about this place is inconvenient, from making payment to scheduling, not to mention, any time you call with questions, they are very rude, doesn’t matter who you talk to. I regret using them and definitely do NOT recommend

Experiencia fantástica: We had Sam for our instructor for both of our sons. This company is quick to schedule, prompt with their driving days and do a fantastic job at getting the driving time done and completed. They tell you all you need to know about what the kids need to work on etc.

Experiencia negativa: This place is awful. Their sign up system sucks. They need to get with the 21st century. Their website is confusing and conflicting. Mailing in payments and paperwork is a terrible way to do business. I tried three times to get my daughter signed up before I went elsewhere. Their staff is rude and they are not good at communicating. I was practically called dumb by an employee. I do not recommend.

Experiencia negativa: The poor communication with this driving school is ridiculous! My son missed a class because we were not told of the time change. He is supposed to be having his first drive and no one shows up so we call only to find out once again we were not told no one would be able to get him because the car got wrecked. I would not recommend them to any family or friends!!!

Experiencia negativa: Don't waste your money on this school. Poor classroom and driving instruction. No certificate over a month later and now being told i have to pay another $25 to get a duplicate certificate. I have had to cancel 2 times now for child to get licence due to no certificate EVER being received!!
