I am extremely grateful for his experience and dedication. Mike also takes you to the DMV on testing day to practice and then maneuver seamlessly through paperwork and preparation. Experiencia negativa: Terrible service. I'm a parent who paid service for my child. Took the 5.0 review rating to heart and thought I was getting quality. Made a mistake. Mike showed no interest in following up for providing instruction. Every text message was greeted with "who are you?" and I have to explain which lesson number it is and if we can schedule. It would make sense that if someone is providing 6 lessons they would know who has paid and keep a schedule. Obviously, that is not the case here; I might as well be non-existent. Took >8 months to complete his commitment with us. Would not recommend him.
