Experiencia negativa: Customer service was very unprofessional. I called from a local organization that was excited to involve them in our community resource fair due to the need I see every day of individuals who need access to the services they provide. I asked for the professional who handles marketing and community engagement. Before I could explain the reasoning for my call, I was told "that would be me but we're not interested" and immediately hung up. From one professional to another that interaction was very disappointing, and I will not be making any referrals or recommendations to their organization. I called on 6/22/23 around 10:30-10:45am

Experiencia negativa: If I was able to put zero stars I would. She not informational at all. I would like a refund she made me very uncomfortable and made many inappropriate jokes. Within the two hours you get you only spend 30 minutes tops actually practicing. Save your money and apply somewhere else!

Experiencia negativa: why why why do you have this lady as your instructor? she is not encouraging these kids she literally yells at them and has a disgusting attitude if anything she makes them even more nervous when doing incars because she has the temper of a 3 year old.

Experiencia negativa: The instructor that teaches teens has no patience for kids. She asked a question on the first day then wanted my daughter to answer when my daughter told her she didn’t know the answer she slammed her hands on the table. She would slam her hands on the table frequently loosing her temper. She made my daughter uncomfortable needless to say we lost 350.00 since it is non refundable and my daughter only went one day due to being uncomfortable with this woman on top of that my daughter was told she would have to have 50 hours of driving experience with me before they let her behind their wheel and all they will teach her is maneuverability and how to properly stop at stop signs I thought I was paying them to teach her how to drive not me to do their job

Experiencia negativa: Instructor constantly complained about her job and her having to do it. I was not behind the wheel for 8 hours, maybe 4.5 at most. Almost no time was spent teaching actual driving skills. Most time was taken up by sitting in the backseat while the other student driver drove home. Car had check engine light on and always veered to right. Insulted me about my ADHD and blamed every mistake on it. I have learned nothing from this course. Instructor is very volatile. When you make a mistake, she does not tell you what to do differently. Instead, she starts yelling and insulting you at a personal level. If she gives you wrong directions she blames you. I learned nothing from this course. Overall, a horrible experience. Would NOT recommend.

Experiencia negativa: I cannot recommend this school. The in car instruction was poor at best. My son told me how she used inappropriate language, talked about every kid once they were dropped off. She also made personal comments that had nothing to do with driving instruction and complained constantly about having to come out to where we lived to pick him up. She also cancelled a session for inclement weather. That was totally not true,no snow or rain that day. That led to him waiting 2 months to get back in the car. Im not a happy parent and I don't appreciate the unprofessional attitude and language.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this place! I went through them as a teen so naturally I sent my son and niece there as well. Their patience with my students really inspired them to learn more. The school's flexibility worked greatly with all of our busy schedules. My young adults are excellent drivers and I owe it all to the instruction they received. It truly was "A Easy Method"

Experiencia negativa: School is terrible and the teacher insults her current and previous students I would highly Recommend another driving school.

Experiencia negativa: This driving school is completely unprofessional. While I was taking the classes the teacher would bad mouth previous students who graduated her class. She would also insult kids who did not answer her questions correctly on the first try, saying that they obviously didn't listen in class (which was completely untrue). Doing the in cars was also a terrible experience. You cannot make a single mistake in her car or she will snap at you in a moments notice and then begin to insult you. Also, in my first in car she would ask personal questions, like if I would date the boy who drove previous to me. It was very uncomfortable. Overall, I do not believe that this driving school is worth the money.
