Experiencia negativa: Id give it 0 stars if i could everyone employed at this facility has an attitude problem. You would think for the money you pay to take lessons here they would be somewhat professional, thats not the case.

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely happy with this team and our experience. They are extremely professional, answer all questions (from nervous parents) and do their best to work with your schedule. We love working with Peggy.

Experiencia negativa: Just drove across town to drop off paperwork and pay for my daughter's class we signed up for online, only to find the building empty and the door locked. Called them and got voice mail that stated they close at 5:30.. I was physically there at 5:10! I've had a busy schedule and today is the deadline for me to pay the fee for her to be in the Nov class. I can understand being short on people to teach the driving portion, but don't list your office hours as any time you can't be there! No notice on the door letting anyone know you're closing early; nothing. What a complete waste of time and gas! I really hope they don't give me a hard time about placement if they're actually open on Monday!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible to deal with.” Can’t get scheduled until your teen has driving experience under their belt call back in a month”, isn’t that what your school is for?! Called back there are no openings convenient to any time that’d be ideal. It’s summer…we had all of summer open but couldn’t get scheduled. Unreal. What are we paying for this for?! Family members had the same problem.

Experiencia negativa: Tried to schedule behind the wheel months ago. Was told we needed to wait due to my son's birthday being 8 months away and there are kids older than him that need to do theirs yet. Come to find out we only have 60 days to get the first lesson done. Now we have to pay a fee to get the temps reinstated and get a new application. Start the 6 month waiting period over. It's possible we won't get his license now before his temps expire. And I have to sit and fester because they only take calls 5 hours of the day. So disappointed. I would advise seeking a different vendor.

Experiencia negativa: We have been trying to schedule a driving lesson for the last few months and have come to nothing. Every time we call we get the same answer of there is not enough hours and to call back. How are we suppose to fit 6 lessons when we can barely get 1. And every time we call it seems as the receptionist does not want to be their and could care less. If we could go anywhere else we would cause this is unacceptable.

Experiencia positiva: Classroom is good. Behind the wheel lesson scheduling is challenging.

Experiencia negativa: Have to use Advanced for everyone in Manitowoc county and they cant even find enough help or "hours" to give the kids the lessons they need. Call to make appointments and are told every time to "wait a few weeks for more hours". These kids have to do so many lessons before they can go take their drivers test and they can't even accommodate in time. If this is the only place we can use for lessons, they need to do better at being available. They know how many kids there are in the county schools and are going to need their services. If you weren't the only place I could go to, I would definitely be going elsewhere. Its been a bad experience from day one! I'm just glad I don't have another child to have to go through this again.

Experiencia negativa: The instructor spent most of class time telling stories. Also cancelled class days or let them out early due to his personal scheduling conflicts. Daughter got her temps and they have no instructor hours for the driving lessons we already paid for that she is required to get within a certain amount of days after receiving her temps. They just tell you to keep calling back daily.

Experiencia negativa: Lack scheduling ability. 2 lessons in 6 weeks. I find that unprofessional and not efficient. You'll call to schedule and they ask you to call back Friday, when you call back on Friday they tell you to call back Monday. Quite tired of the run around. We paid for 5 lessons and I feel over 6 weeks our lessons should be complete. The teacher is beyond amazing with our new driver he is the only reason stars were given. UPDATE --- 3rd lesson in 10 weeks! DO NOT GO HERE THEY CANT SCHEDULE YOU AND DON'T EVEN TRY TO GET YOUR STUDENT IN FOR A LESSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND HEADACHE
