A & J Driving Academy

Experiencia fantástica: I've had all three of my children go through classes here and have never had a bad experience. My son just finished his in-car portion and said he felt like the instructor was informative and created a comfortable environment while he was behind the wheel. He is recommending A&J Driving Academy to all of his friends.

Experiencia negativa: The owner herself is very very rude. We had no issues with the instructors but wow the owner should change her attitude and how she talks to people if she wants to continue her business!

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter's first instructor wasn't a good match. The owner went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable with her remaining lessons. We couldn't be happier with the results!

Previous review about a instructor being on her phone app the time are true but outdated, she has since been fired. I enjoyed my time learning there and I felt as if they treated me like family by talking during every drive. 10/10. P.S. message me if you want anymore hickory nuts.

Experiencia fantástica: Great teachers, very kind people!! Angie went above and beyond helping me out, and was very helpful navigating proper driving technique and maneuverability.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT USE! The communication is horrible. The instructors spend more time talking about person health issues is class than teaching the students about driving and they don't have set rules and regulations, those just change based on what they want to do that day.

Experiencia positiva: Overall I was happy with A & J. My Daughter didn’t have a very good experience with Gail- one of the instructors. She told me she was on her phone a lot and was very rude. Not exactly how I would think a driving school experience should be.

Experiencia negativa: Definitely would not recommend. I signed up because there is no one in my life to teach me to drive, so I thought they would help me practice and learn. I was wrong. I was told after one drive they “didn’t feel safe” driving with me and I would not be allowed to drive with them until I got more practice. I had explained that I didn’t have anyone to teach me, and while I didn’t expect them to give me extra time or attention, I had hoped they would work with me based on it. They seemed more interested in jamming a curriculum down my throat than actually meeting me where I was and helping with my struggles. Additionally it has been nearly impossible to get ahold of staff by calling. I’ve discovered I have to wait until they call me. Friends warned me about this place, I wish I had listened.

Experiencia negativa: Don't wear masks correctly, half of them look at their phones during drives, and just generally not very educational.

Experiencia fantástica: Very polite and friendly my daughter is using their services currently and they have been very good to her
