Experiencia negativa: Runs a very shady cash only business. We were taken advantage of. First time using his insurance service and we were told a certain amount for the year. We just received a bill stating the “bill” we were told was a “yearly bill” is actually a monthly bill. What a joke. Called Joseph to confirm. He was very defensive needless to say. All I was looking for was a clarification. It would be nice to get some feedback on where the miscommunication happened. Unfortunately I am very disappointed in his service and the integrity of his work. Stay away.
