Experiencia fantástica: I had Rita as my driving instructor and she’s super sweet, really made me feel comfortable driving on the road, and gave me good advice and constructive criticism that helped me learn and didn’t come off as aggressive or mean. really enjoyed my 6 hours!

Experiencia negativa: I witnessed a instructor and a student driver driving on a main highway 50 mph doing a 20 mph speed limit, causing very unsafe conditions on the road almost caused multiple accidents due to the student driver driving very slow and breaking inconsistently. The student driver should not be driving on a main road. They should practice on a private street prior to driving on a main road. These conditions were very very unsafe and I witnessed almost 2 car accidents in the process. I don’t blame the student driver. I blame the instructor for not instructing the student properly on how to drive when I learned how to drive it was on a closed parking lot road until I gained enough confidence to go onto a main road at it with a 50 mph speed limit.

Experiencia fantástica: My Driving Instructor, Mrs. Rita, was awesome! She made me feel confident in myself and when I was messing up or feeling nervous, she corrected it very nice and calmly! She's the best!​

Experiencia negativa: Man on the phone is very rude. And makes you feel stupid. He chuckled when I asked what do I need to do in order to obtain a license. Please take youre business else where . I just wanted questions answered and some help. But now I think I'll just walk the rest of my life.

My call on the phone with the employee scheduling me into their system was very pleasant & patient, I’m very grateful for her and wish I knew her name so I could specifically thank her. Regarding my instructor, Rita’s an absolute angel and I owe her so much for supporting me with love and confidence in my road test appointment. Thanks to Rita, and this driving school as a whole, I was successful in passing my road test on the very first try! From the bottom of my heart- thank you so much!! You have made driving, parking, and the entire test experience much more easier & wonderful for this anxious driver.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT HAVE BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!! Very RUDE ON THE PHONE. When I tried to book them for driving they said “I am not doing any business with you” it’s because I cancelled the first time when I explained them about the fact that I had an emergency which I had to go to the hospital because of a family accident. How can someone be so heartlesss My father had an accident the day of the appointment was I not supposed to go??? So unprofessional they need to be put out of BUSINESS!!!

Experiencia negativa: My son just called the Sussex Driving School to ask registration questions for the mandatory 16-hr course for a 16-yr old driver permit. The man who answered the phone was extremely impatient when my son asked if there was a way to register online or to have the forms sent to us instead of having them snail mailed. The "NO! NAME AND ADDRESS!" reply was shockingly rude. If I owned this business, I'd fire this guy on the spot. He is losing customers before they even get in the door.

Experiencia negativa: Unprofessional, impatient, and made student uncomfortable . Talked about other appointments and cursing in front of student. Instead of instructing was hollering at student making student more uncomfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: My instructor (forgot his name) was very friendly and professional. I learned how to park in just 30 mins. He was very helpful and informative. I recommend 100%.

Experiencia negativa: Was driving on 15 when a student driver was in the passing lane but wasnot passing anyone. There was a truck next to the student driver that she was afraid to go around. The instructor just sat in the passenger seat not doing anything. This poor driver looked terrified. There was a major backup bc this instructor wouldn't do his job and instruct the driver what to do. This student driver is obviously not getting their money's worth and can potentially cause an accident in the future bc they weren't instructed properly. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
