Experiencia negativa: Worst driving school ever my son just failed his test over a ripped permit mind you he drove with the school for his driving hours with it ripped then was told from another person from the school that it would be fine and nope my son just had his heart broken he was so excited for this day then they want me to pay another $200 to do another test absolutely not

Experiencia negativa: Completely disorganized and very unprofessional. The classroom aspect was easy enough to complete online. However scheduling the driving appointments is a nightmare. One employee was completely rude and didn't answer my questions. The other one was too busy to give me other appointment dates. They ask customers to give dates they're available to drive and to submit them by email. Then you have to wait two or three days for someone to call you back and tell you they dont have those days available. I paid $1,000 for a gigantic headache if I could go back or switch schools I would do it immediately but it's not possible without losing your money

Experiencia fantástica: I have just had my second child graduate and get their license. I can not praise them enough. They put expectations on the families where they belong. It is our job to do the ground work and make sure we are driving with our children. Six months of supervised driving is not a lot. They will definitely teach your child the technical skills they need to be successful. Reagan(I hope I spelled that correctly) was AWESOME!! My daughter Ella raved about her, and to be honest every instructor she had was great and no nonsense she enjoyed every time she had a driving hour. I know waiting is tough. Signing up for driving hours can be tough depending on your availability, but they really do a great job at ensuring your child has completed their hours within the 6 months. I just want to say thank you!!!

Experiencia negativa: i’m just starting to look into driving and i called to ask how old i had to be to sign up and take the classes the receptionist immediately hung up the phone and i tried calling back but she kept hanging up. terrible service and not one i would recommend ever if your going to treat your customers like this.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely absurd how long hours take to book. I finished paying in July and signed up for hours immediately. To date, i have only had 2 hours of driving time. Its ridiculous. All my hours are a month apart. I call all the time to ask if there are any cancellations and one of the receptionists is always super rude about it. They clearly care more about money than their students’ experience. Like why would you take in more students if you can’t give people their hours in a reasonable amount of time??? Complete waste of $800 would NOT recommend ssda to anyone. I will be 18 before i even finish my hours

Experiencia negativa: This driving school takes for ever to get your driving hours done. The front desk employees never answer the phones even though they are sitting there doing nothing half of the time. If you fail a driving test with them you have to pay a additional 175 dollars just to use thier car. Overall I would not recommend this driving school at all.

Experiencia fantástica: Very satisfied with instructors and management. They truly care about getting you road ready in a reasonable amount of time, and work with you when you have schedule conflicts. Kind and courteous staff all around.

Experiencia fantástica: Everything about Driver's Education is made easy to understand. The instructions taught by Educators while driving is a 5 star experience. I recommend this Academy for anyone at any age to attend.

Experiencia negativa: If you want to complete a driving course in under a year South Shore Driving Academy is NOT the place to go. They fill classrooms with students knowing they cannot accommodate driving hours.

Experiencia negativa: Bad, awful, terrible are the words that come to mind when I think of this school. The teachers are great, but the management is arrogant. First, you can only book one appointment at a time. And then it can be weeks before your next appointment can be scheduled. Then they will call to cancel/reschedule your appointment, and if you cannot accommodate the change, you are delayed again. And if that is not bad enough, they will bill you for a cancellation fee, even if it is there own fault, by their own admission. Go anywhere but here!

Experiencia fantástica: the price is reasonable, the best class experience. FYI: fun trama video on the last day of class! recommend driving hours with Dana Scott and Dave Casey. had a total of 5 driving hours with them combined but I learned a lot from them.... try to go for Ford or nesson car cause those are the ones that mimic your potential car in the future. the Chevy is so-so, acceleration is bad tho. have fun! safe driving!
