Experiencia fantástica: Becky and Rod are the best! I have taken both of my children to this course. My daughter is just now finishing up. They are very communicative, kind and explain everything very well. I'm not sure what the deal is with these comments, but I have never had a bad experience with them and they have always been very responsive and she does let everybody know that she goes to bed early. She has other things going on in her life, just like we do. But they are exceptionally nice people and I highly recommend this driving school. They should have five stars from everyone! In my opinion.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow, I was very thankful to this driving school. Becky instructed me first before we started, and she was very helpful in doing something better so I could pass the driving skills exam. She was very calm and relaxed, and it makes me feel so soft. I appreciated her, and she said it's a very good day. Yeah, I passed! The other driving school wants me to take it multiple times and waste so much money, they can't help me to finish my journey and get the driver's license. I'll recommend this Richardson's Safe Driving School for all your safety and avoiding having anxiety. Big thanks!

Experiencia negativa: Called the number on the website to try to schedule an appointment. No answer, left a voicemail, and didn't hear back for a week. Called again, left another voice mail, and was able to get an appointment scheduled for 12:30 a couple days later. Then comes the day of the appointment and I get two texts from Becky that morning, one confirming the appointment and another telling me I don't have a knowledge test on record with the DOL. I responded that I planned to take the knowledge test with her within a few minutes of her texting me, and I never heard from her again. No acknowledgement, no response, no further confirmation of the appointment we had already set. When I arrived at the school for the appointment, I found a locked door and an empty building. Becky was nowhere to be found, was not waiting for me on the curb like she said she would be. While I was waiting, the owner of the building drove by and informed me that she had just left and he wasn't sure where to or for how long. At no point did Becky see fit to communicate to me that she would be absent or that the appointment would be cancelled. She did not follow up with me after the appointment time or ask to reschedule. Absolute radio silence since 6:50 am. I am very disappointed as this place was recommended to me by a friend and the experience I had was one of poor communication from start to finish. Everyone has their off days, but the total lack of response or follow-up on Becky's part was very unprofessional and insulting. 0/10

Experiencia fantástica: Very very nice couple. Becky was a sweetheart and wanted you to pass. She encourages families to allow their kids to drive as much as possible and makes sure you’re understanding the criteria to the best you can. They helped me so much. I failed the first time on written test and rod allowed me to stay extra to take it again on the spot. They also take the time to get to know each and every student , and they don’t ever forget about them. When you’re not being instructed they’re taking the time to get to know you. They made the experience very fun and welcoming. 100% recommend this school above every other in Wenatchee

Experiencia fantástica: I worked with several of the driving schools around town and can say Richardson's is head and shoulders better than their competition. I was on a bit of a time crunch and they were able to make a special early morning appointment to get me in. The instructor went out of her way to explain the test and expectations and did everything she could to set me up for success. Other schools almost seemed like they wanted you to take the test multiple time to get more $$. I will be referring anyone who asks to Richardsons.

I went from 0 driving skills to fully experienced. Great communication, amazing feed back and they work with your schedule. Definitely reccomend!!!
