Experiencia fantástica: Awesome place to do your DUI classes staff are extremely nice and professional!! I've been too many different facilities in this by far has been the best experience! The groups and sessions are not just like someone standing up there giving a speech. You get to talk back and forth and have fun! This is a great group! A big thumbs up for twin City!

Experiencia fantástica: First off, I'm a bad person. I've been here three or four times, completed treatment twice. Chris, the owner I believe, is the most helpful person in the world. He took thirty minutes to run through my DMV record and assure me an estimate of total cost for license restoration without upfront billing. To give you an idea, a lawyer tried to charge me 200 dollars And if it's any indication of good will, I'm not even obligated to take classes. Help bro out, he is a champion. -chris cheek

Experiencia fantástica: This counseling center has a strong working relationship with my attorney. They recently helped me with a very complicated situation involving the DMV. What could have resulted in having to repeat classes etc, they were able to resolve my situation in a matter of a couple days.

Experiencia fantástica: Great team and very responsive to requests for records. As a DWI attorney I recommend this group highly to my clients. They are very responsive to assist with getting the records we need to help[ clients with court and the DMV.

Experiencia fantástica: Very respectful and chill staff. Realistically nobody wants to be here having to do counseling but they make the time go by fast and treat you like a normal human...not an addict. Thanks Twin City Counseling!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: First off, everyone that works here is so helpful and nice and patient in answering any and all questions I had about every aspect of this dwi. Ramona is by far the best teacher/mentor I have ever had dealing with substance abuse. She made learning fun and interesting and made me feel comfortable to ask any question I had. She empowered me and helped me build the confidence I will need to complete this journey. All employees were helpful and I think this is the best program offered in Winston. Experiencia fantástica: Wonderfully friendly southern people! Nobody likes to or wants to be subjected to hours of counseling, but if you need it, this is the place! They will treat you kindly and are good at what they do. Please DISREGARD THE BAD REVIEWS! Those people must have been too strung out on drugs to recognize the true southern kindness and professionism demonstrated here.

Experiencia fantástica: Just like to thank cindy at twin city for recommending me to hebron colony ministries in boone nc..a 70day 10 week program faith based.for 8 days into the program i hated it..i whole heartedly gave ny life ro the lord.tiday i don't have a desire to drink.god took that away.2corithian 5:17 their for if any man is in christ old things have passed.behold all things become new..in jesus name.today i hope i have a desire to become a part of prison ministry..helping those who are lost but can befound threw gods grace and mercy..twin city counseling is the best help to change my life..

Experiencia negativa: This place is all about the MONEY! They don't want to even speak to you if you've been directed to do an alcohol assessment elsewhere, not even for information on other forms of counseling. If you do take your ADETS classes there they continuously tell you that you are nothing but an alcoholic and will NEVER rehabilitate, only get worse with time. You are lumped into one category instead of being assessed on a case-by-case observation. They basically make you feel like a horrible person instead of trying to be encouraging. Cindy is very hateful AND rude. If you have to go somewhere for ADETS there are other places. Don't give them your money!

Experiencia negativa: My assessment was supposed to be sent to the state over a year ago when it was completed, it was never sent! I had to call them multiple times to get them to fax a receipt to the courts saying this was completed, it took months after completing it for them to send it! The secretary has no idea what is going on and she will tell you that! There is no way to get in touch with the counceler, no voicemail, no email, nothing! This is a big part of my life, I need my license back, and all that is keeping me from that is a fax from Twin City stating I have completed everything. Who knows when it will be! I strongly suggest thinking twice before going there!!!!
