Experiencia negativa: I paid over a month ago and still have no call back no dates scheduled and i’m still waiting to get in contact with them to get my money worths or get my money back!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My instructor was Quamina and he was supper fantastic. I have been struggling with parallel parking and he taught me like a pro. I will recommend Quamina for anyone struggling with their driving skills.

While the vehicle had the essential dual brake system, I personally would have preferred a car with complete dual controls (both brakes and steering). However, this didn't impact the quality of instruction, as Quamie's teaching style and patience made up for it! Recommendation: Recommended, especially for students who need help building confidence behind the wheel. Just note that if you specifically want a car with dual steering controls, you may want to inquire about this beforehand.

Experiencia negativa: The only reason I’m even giving this place one star is because of Vivian and how she handled this situation. My son had a scheduled driving lesson and two hours before the lesson The instructor(Quamie) Canceled on us because his car needed an oil change. As a Customer, I felt it was very unprofessional to cancel just two hours before the Session. The way the instructor kept responding Back to me, was even more Unprofessional. I chose not to respond and to handle the situation with the office. Juwan The manager called me back and explained that the instructor was able to cancel last minute due to car maintenance. Which I can understand so I let topic go However, I did want to discuss the instructors unprofessional way of communication. Juwan Stood behind his employees actions and let me know that he is nothing but professional, Even though I provided him with all the texts. At this point, I feel that this company is unprofessional all around and I want no parts of it. I wanted a refund, but Juwan Stated that I couldn’t get one because Of the service agreement I had signed. I explained to Juwan that I did not sign an agreement to be disrespected by an employee and also that it caused me To have to deal with it. Juwan Laughed when I said this and I just said thank you for your time and ended the call. I am going to take this up with corporate And the Better Business Bureau. This company (location) is extremely unprofessional! I am Going to fight for my money back!

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely rude. Not the instructors, yet the call center. I called wanting to know how the program works, because all situations are the same. The first statement she made was I registered which I said no, just calling to see how this program works and upon explaining to her the situation she replied ok and then hung up. I guess when a company gets big enough they treat people as they like. I really didn't appreciate this coming from a supposedly notable company. Good luck to all others, and this has nothing to do with the instructors. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: Mr. Toney is a great driving instructor. He was encouraging, and he'll start you out at what experience you have with driving. I learned a lot in 2 hours.

Through his thorough driving lessons he guided me to correct my mistakes before getting on the road and taking my driving exam. I am a much more confident and safe driver thanks to Quamie! I recommend any looking for a great driving instructor who shows patience and care to request Quamie John!

Experiencia fantástica: The team at ALL N 1 Driving School is absolutely excellent! The instructors are the BEST and they are very engaging, insightful, helpful, patient, and very professional. The instructor that I had Whitney was completely awesome and encouraging! She definitely made sure that I knew ALL the skills that I needed to know to as well as some helpful tips to successfully pass my drivers test.
