Experiencia negativa: Staff misplaced paperwork and didn’t have anything ready for me. Didn’t even provide me with the zoom link for the online Defensive Driving course. I had the instructor call me asking why I wasn’t on zoom when I haven’t even had a link provided to me.

Experiencia negativa: They’re EXTREMELY unprofessional; receptionist was talking to another person in the background while on the phone with me. Their website is misleading, and when I explained to them that I was told by my job that I wouldn’t be able to attend the class, they refused to offer a refund. Do NOT use this DUI school unless you want to be ripped off and ignored by the staff.

Experiencia negativa: I don't really understand all these good reviews, it must be a circle of friends posting nice things for them, I have STRUGGLED EVERY SINGLE TIME to get any information regarding classes, scheduling, everything is just very poorly handled and super unprofessional, but I guess if you have friends who will say differently in Google you're good.

Experiencia fantástica: Called about DUI Classes and the office staff explained everything that I would need to bring with me or email to them and told me how much it would cost and I could pay online and said if they didn’t have enough people for the class there they have another office in Loganville that I could use.

Experiencia negativa: BEWARE. I had an alcohol evaluation completed, which they stated would take about 40 minutes to complete. I was in and out the door within 25 minutes (including filling out first comers paperwork), and was certain that there was no way they could have evaluated me fairly and correctly that quickly. After the evaluation, I called to get my treatment recommendation. The assistant was poor at telling me what that entailed, so I had to google it for myself. Frustrated and confused, I tried to call the office back twice... and was sent to voicemail both times (this was only a few minutes after we had just spoke). Finally, I drove to the office to get clarification from the results of the evaluation, and was told by Dr. Evans that "my attitude was poor." That's okay, I let that one go. I then asked his assistant to print information regarding the treatment protocol, and while doing so I asked as to why they were recommending this certain treatment course. I was then abruptly told that I could make an appointment with the office to review the information (even though I was in the office alone and there were no other patients in). I exclaimed to Dr. Evans that I was unhappy and frustrated with how this meeting had went, and he then told me to never come back to his business/establishment ever again. I have never been convicted of a DUI nor been addicted to any substance. However, I was treated as if I had just come out of the state penitentiary. Take your business elsewhere, save yourself the hassle.
