Experiencia negativa: Just called in and spoke with maybe the receptionist Ahver, Oliver?? and he was very rude. I asked him if I can have information on the driving course packages because they weren’t available online. He asked me did I have a permit, I told him I’m over the age of 18(25)it doesn’t require a permit per the Florida department of motor vehicles. He immediately caught an attitude with me and argued again that I need to. I was going to tell him on your site it doesn’t allow me to pay for anything because I dont meet the age requirement. I couldn’t get the chance because he started huffing and saying “oh my gosh it doesn’t matter if you’re over 18 how are you going to drive if you don’t have a permit”? Regardless if I need a permit he never answered my initial question about giving me the package information and doubled down on arguing with me and being rude instead of clarifying why if the Florida department states it’s not required and your website doesn’t provide adequate service?Ive tried calling back to still get information maybe from someone else and now no one is answering the phone. I had someone else call In to get the information I needed and when she asked him to repeat something he had another attitude and raised his voice briefly. Apparently only minors can apply online. That could’ve been said no problem since there is no clarity in the page.

Experiencia fantástica: I took classes with Damián, a more than incredible driving instructor! Not only was he preparing me to pass the driving test, but he helped me overcome the fear and stress that came along with it. I truly enjoyed every second of getting my driving license. Damián turned my scary responsibility of passing the driving test to an enjoyable journey that, if I could, I would definitely go back to!

Experiencia negativa: I patiently waited for a time slot for 3 weeks ! Paid for my package and funny enough, now my time slot is not available! So I am left with a class every 3 weeks. Don’t go there! These ppl are very unprofessional and major liars. I should have never gone there.

Experiencia fantástica: My instructor was Damien. he treated me like a friend. There was no anger when I made a mistake never made me feel bad. I have much more confidence while driving.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing experience, the best hands down. Palermo treats you like family and has a very "homey" system of communication and comfort while driving on the road. I purchased the 2 hour packages and I'm always promptly picked up, I have variety of payment, and it's always very comforting and safe. Palermo has been a very great choice in becoming confident on the road! I wasn't able to be as widely accepted by other schools as Palermo has within 2-3 days, no BS will have you guided on the road with much higher confidence by the end than in the beginning.

Experiencia fantástica: I should have written this review a year ago, but I just got around to it. I hired this company for driving lessons for my daughter who was 17 at the time. The owner is awesome and very patient. I always recommend this school to my friends and coworkers. If you are in need of a school for someone this place is awesome.

Experiencia negativa: Scheduling is horrible instructors barely can speak English as a new driver the scheduling should be consistent was not ready for the DMV Test at all went to ab auto driving school their best that whom I would recommend got my License.
