Experiencia fantástica: If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be advancing towards my license. Any time I called he was there, he was a great help.

Experiencia negativa: Just dont waste your time this guy is super rude I was trying to book an appointment and right of the bat he gave me a nasty attitude for no reason, I dont want my teenager trying to learn how to drive with a character like this, he shouldn't be in this business.

Experiencia negativa: Essa auto escola é horrivel,como profissional o Sr. Cardoso é um lixo, como ser humano pior ainda, eu tive uma experiência com ele hoje e tivemos que resolver com a ajuda da polícia, pois ele é baixo nível e desonesto, sem caráter. Ele é uma farsa, cuidado com ele e mais cuidado ainda com o que ele oferece à você, pois se você não aceita ele tenta te prejudica. Inaceitável esse homem nos representar como futuro condutores de veículo. Triste.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could give no star. He took $200 from me and I didn’t pass while I did everything correctly. He speaks the same language with the instructor and all his students. I had to pay $190 to the RMV office despite the $200 he took from me. He is a scam and should be avoided. He is rude like the instructor at Brockton. Stay away everyone.

Experiencia negativa: I went for my road test today I feel I was left out he gave everyone a test drive I'm a white male not to be racist because I'm not but he gave everyone a test run before the test but me I got there 2 hours early for a test drive as he promised me but he scheduled me first unprepared I didn't use his school but I feel he's prejudice to note I was the only white male there

Experiencia negativa: This is the most unproffessional co .I made appointment w/owner to use his car and be my sponsor for road teat. He never came to road test nor did he call to cancel. I'm out $85 that had to pay for test and now have to wait over a month to take test. Just disgusting human being. If. You own a business and say your gonna do something you should do it not showing up shows just how unproffessional you are!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible! Zero star! The worst ever! The owner, Cardoso, was extremely disrespectful and he is a liar. We had everything arranged. I had to get a taxi to make it there in time. While i was on my way he called saying that he had never scheduled my road test!!!! Like, are you serious!?!?!?! I tried my best to remain calm and try to understand what was going on but when he kept saying that and I realized he is a joke, an unprofessional man, who is also rude. I told him that he needs to be more professional and he started yelling, I told him that that wasn't right, he was extremely rude and hang up on my face! Believe me .....don't go there, don't waste your time, don't pay your money to rude people .... I wouldnt spend my time writing all this if it wasn't so wrong!

Experiencia negativa: A friend and I were at the Brockton RMV for a road test. There was an issue with the ebrake so we couldn't use the car. The RMV employee says let's ask the auto school driver if they will let us borrow the car. We go over and ask the guy and he says yes, no problem. We are thanking him and are so grateful that somebody is helpful. He never mentions anything about a charge for using the car before or during the test. We thought what a nice guy. We never used that company, never contracted with them, and never seen him a day before in our lives. Once it is over he is demanding $60, problem is we didn't have $60! If that was told to us upfront, we would have said thanks but no thanks, since it costs $35 to reschedule with the RMV anyway. To everyone standing there it was thought to be a nice gesture. He becomes combative stating we think he is stupid and taking food out of his children's mouth, blah, blah, blah. We gave him $40 so we could get out of there. I went straight to Brockton Police department to file a complaint, since he said he was going to the police. They agreed that it was a shakedown and it is illegal and unethical to not disclose cost upfront. We had no contract with this business and when he agreed to let us use the car that is when cost should have been disclosed. I filed a complaint with the BBB and AG's office. The AG's office said I have a case against him and they will assign my complaint to an investigator/mediator soon. Who cares about the money but you can't shake people down in a parking lot like that. He was trying to take advantage of us which makes him a thief.
