Experiencia fantástica: No one likes attending driving school, but Payton was a great instructor, friendly, and brought a lot of information to the table that I was unaware of. Thankful for what I learned and that we had Payton as an instructor.

Experiencia negativa: So unbelievably unprofessional, never send any info after registering and when I went to log into the zoom class it wasn’t working so I called and they failed to mention I need a physical booklet and gave no option to pay beforehand so I wasn’t able to take the class at all and wasted a day off. Lady who answered the phone shouldn’t be answering phones anywhere. Save your time and energy and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Experiencia fantástica: Amilia was a great teacher. Made the day fly by. Didn't seem nearly as long. Interacted with us and brought the class into real life scenarios. Great sense of humor as well.

Experiencia positiva: Amilia was a super cool instructor that made the class that admittedly no one wants to have to go to, at least engaging and facilitated constructive conversations and a new perspective with a bunch of impatient aggressive drivers. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because I have taken this specific TSS class twice and whoever answered the phone was impolite and unpleasant every time

Experiencia fantástica: I was not excited for this class but after hearing Lisa’s story and all the pertinent information I gained, I left with a different outlook with driving on the road and how important it is to be aware and refrain from any type of road rage. Poor decisions can impact not only you but your family and the other drivers families. This was definitely an eye opener and I’m thankful that it was required for me to take this class. Lisa is truly an amazing instructor. Thank you Lisa for sharing your knowledge and educating our community to keep us safe!! Claudia

Experiencia fantástica: Unfortunately being in this predicament is not one anyone wants to be in. However, I must state that from the on set of dealing with this school/company, I felt very comfortable. Actually the ladies that I spoke with on several times since I have a tendency to be a little "OCD". I called several times. They were so extremely patient with me knowing that I was very nervous never having been in this situation and it was like they were so empathetic to my situation. In return for their incredible professional assistance I would definitely recommend their school to anyone who would ever be in the same situation as myself. By far their are amazing people. Experiencia negativa: Ugh where do I start. First off, I never even made it to the class because every time I call to ask a question about my booking, I speak to a Susan and she catches an attitude immediately upon answering the phone. It got to the point where I've had to just request a higher up Linda because I couldn't get what I needed accomplished. I doubt they really plan on calling me back because of course Susan is relaying the message. This woman has no active listening skills, no soft skills, probably no man (which explains why she is so uptight) and no sense of kindness at all. If this is a call center, then it is "absolutely just my luck" that I get her on the phone for both encounters. Its sad because I've never even been to this facility, but I know I do not have time for people to get rude over something I've paid for. If you don't like your job, change it. If you are not a people person, DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. Personally, coming from someone that has worked in multiple call centers, this woman and possibly this facility is doing their schedulers a disservice. I have enough anxiety from this ticket, I do not need unprofessional people with no integrity and respect to add on to that. Bye Felicia!
