A Plus Driving School

Experiencia fantástica: Got me in to take my drive test within 24 hours. Even let me use the schools car seeing as mine doesnt have an ignition interlock installed yet. I would highly recommend A Plus to anyone who needs to take the written & drive tests!

Experiencia negativa: This school is not safe to teach people to drive. I was on the FREEWAY mined you and the car was in the fast lane doing 50. Had traffic backed up due to it. I call the school to tell them what I was seeing and being recorded on my dash cam, and the lady was rude and said it was my opinion. Then she hung up...lol good luck with that learning. Had to share...smh

Experiencia negativa: Tonya which is she said she is the owner is not that accomodating as she is! especially if she will not gain something from u! We called their office to make an appt for driving lesson and ask to pay right away by fon! But something came up so we have to cancel our appt and since she is very busyand no time and day to give us, we cancelled our slot, but when we are asking for our money back, her dad AJ which Tonya said it her receptionist, that we can come on Friday and she will give us the check, but after waiting for two hours Tanya said we have to wait for 6weeks for our refund LOL! FUNNY COSTUMER SERVICE IS SO POOR!!! BUT THANKS TO MR. AJ he is so nice, kind and accomodating unlike Tanya

Experiencia negativa: I’m really frustrated with how my visit went. I scheduled a driver’s test appointment because I was told my previous knowledge test was still valid. When I arrived, I was immediately told there was a “problem” and that since it had been over two years, I needed to retake the knowledge test — something no one mentioned beforehand. Instead of notifying me ahead of time, they let me show up completely unprepared. I had no time to study, yet I had to pay $38 to retake the test — and when I didn’t pass, I was asked to pay again to try immediately. I ended up spending money twice, all because of something they should’ve caught and communicated before my appointment. Really disappointed in the lack of communication and consideration.

When I began my test, I could immediately tell why. I had extreme anxiety, but Ms. Tanya made me feel so comfortable. She was kind, competent, and understanding. I highly recommend to anyone looking for help learning or that has anxiety about taking the driving test like I did.
