My son has no interest in driving; therefore, it's a lengthy process for him to complete the training. Your patience and encouragement made a big difference. Thank you so much for being professional and accommodating throughout the training process. I can't thank you enough for helping my son finish the training lessons.

Experiencia fantástica: They have amazing service. I was able to learn so much in just 3 in car sessions, and the instructor was very informative. The online sessions were also great, and the instructor was very nice as well. Through their help and much practice and guidance, I was able to pass the drivers test first try and easily. I would 100% recommend.

Experiencia positiva: Overall, it was a good school. Instructors and staff and reather friendly and professionally. The only reason it's not a five star its because the instructor was falling asleep during driving lessons. Guess my daughter was that good of a driver that allowed the instructor to feel comfortable enough to start falling asleep.

Experiencia negativa: Es un lugar ineficiente con su trabajo , entregan las certificaciones mal escritas a lapicero y nunca tienen papel de certificación, te dicen 2 semanas por que es un papel certificado del MVA para que terminen dándotelo escrito a lapicero horrible. Su personal pésimo servicio no tratan de resolver nada más que culpar al MVA que no les manda el papel certificado. Tuve problemas con mi certificado porque la fecha de nacimiento me la habían repintado con lapicero porque se equivocaron y por no usar otro papel lo repintaron , pues el MVA no recibe papeles repintados , me mando a que pidiera otro certificado cuando llegue me dijeron que no tienen papel que tengo que regresar , cuando deberían de tener papel y ser consientes a la hora de hacer los certificados de hacerlos bien y con letra legible , la secretaria pésima quiere que uno regrese cuando tengan papel de nuevo . Llevando tanto año dando servicio supuestamente creo que tienen 0 de experiencia con los clientes . Parecen novatos .

Experiencia negativa: Muy mala atención de los supuestamente profesionales para enseñar no tienen paciencia

Experiencia negativa: the instructors are rude and belittling . I took two in car classes and both of the instructors made me feel stupid. Like asking me if I know the difference between my left and my right, when I clearly said that, I was nervous of being on the road. I don’t suggest this place they are a waste of money.

Experiencia fantástica: If it was possible I would give 10 stars. Mr. Miner is the best professional you can learn driving in MD.
