TRAX Advantage: safety-focused, modern driving school for Queen Anne's County (MD). Small class sizes, individual attention, learning plans (504, IEPs) OK!

This is a live, interactive online, virtual class. Students are required to be on-camera, with audio and video the entire 30 course hours. Students may access the online class on their computer, tablet or phone. Attendance is handled AS IF students are in an actual classroom. Students must be registered in advance and pay the required deposit to receive class log-in credentials. Students are STRONGLY encouraged not to miss a unit of class.

At TRAX Advantage, we provide non-judgmental education to all, regardless of their background or circumstances. Even if it is court-ordered, we believe Driver's Improvement can be a powerful tool to reach your independence.

DEPOSIT ONLY! Your fee includes the mandatory 30 hour classroom instruction (online) with a certified, licensed MVA instructor and MVA curriculum. Computer, tablet or phone AND reliable internet access, as well as active student participation is required. The MANDATORY 6 hours of individual behind-the-wheel instruction is NOT included in this fee, but is included in the TRAXPass Program. Your balance is $400 - see below.

Your fee includes the mandatory 30 hour classroom instruction with certified MVA curriculum AND 6 hours of individual behind-the-wheel instruction. Other fess may be applicable for add-on programs.

Your fee includes the mandatory 6 hours of MANDATORY Behind The Wheel (BTW) Instruction with a certified, licensed instructor. Click here if you have a valid ID and serve as an Emergency Responder, Active or Retired Military or Teacher.

If a student fails to show, doesn't have their permit or cancels a Drive Time appointment less than 24 hours in advance, a cancelation fee must be paid prior to scheduling another appointment. Students who schedule with TRAX for an MVA appointment for the Provisional Skills Test, and cancel for any reason, will owe $150. If a student transfers to a future class less than 3 business days prior to the start date, a transfer fee will be due prior to the start of the future class.

All students and families are different. Generally, it is recommended students take Driver' Ed at least 4 months (or more) before they can take their provisional skills test. Some students benefit greatly from taking Drivers Ed prior to taking the Learner's Permit test. Students under 18 are eligible to get their Learner's Permit at 15y9m and eligible to test 9 months later - regardless of birthdate (the only date that matters is when they get their permit). If you are a multi-sport or travel team athlete, or participate in a lot of extra curricular activities that limit your schedule, it is recommended you start the process much sooner!

Right now most of our classes are online, using a live, virtual classroom. The classes are very interactive and students must use their device camera and microphone. We hope to offer in-person classes soon. Chesapeake College was not able to accommodate our class needs. Stay tuned.

Students must have a valid Learner's Permit for each drive. Generally, drives are booked for 2 hours each, for a total of 6 hours. We will pick students up at school, home or work in QA, Kent, Caroline and Talbot Counties. This goes for drop-off as well. Students are responsible for scheduling their drive times via TEXT to our scheduler at 410-692-8729. We schedule appointments at least a few weeks in advance and we drive every day of the week.

It is suggested students take the classroom portion at least 4 months prior to being eligible to take their provisional skills test. Drive times are scheduled individually by each student. We don't know your schedule, where you go to school, or how long you've had your permit. The MVA allows 18 weeks for schools to complete drive times (if a student has their permit). We try to accommodate each students' specific needs and goals. If you are in a hurry, you will need to communicate effectively and be patient and flexible with your schedule. Experiencia negativa: Very hard to contact. Give numbers that’s don’t work. Communicate is horrible. Had to tell them I was going to report them to get my child drive time. He never received proof he completed their school. $550 they shouldn’t be in business robbing people.
