Experiencia negativa: I was excited to take lessons with daisy because I heard good things about her in these reviews, and she seemed nice, so I set up lessons. The day of the lesson a car pulls up and what do you know, it’s not Daisy inside. It’s some random instructor that I did not know, nor did I ask for! I SPECIFICALLY wanted daisy and TOLD her this, she knew this. Daisy didn’t even bother to call me let alone text me to let me know! So I told him to go home and I called Daisy, twice, not once did she pick up. Next day, I called her twice again, she didn’t pickup. I texted her, no response. Finally she calls me and tells me some BS excuse as to why she couldn’t come. Girl what?? I told her that’s the dumbest excuse because we never had a miscommunication, I communicated everything loud and clear to her. Then I started telling her how disappointed I was and how unprofessional she is and what does she do? SHE HANGS UP ON ME. Are you kidding? The second a customer actually voices their disappointment you run away and can’t even take it?? So I called her back again, twice, and obviously no response. As if she wasn’t just on her phone a second before. I’m extremely disappointed with this driving school. DO NOT USE DAISY AND DO NOT USE THIS DRIVING SCHOOL. Beyond beyond unprofessional. Reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

I took 10 individual lessons with Jose, as well as his 5-hour driving class, and I passed my road test on the first try. His teaching style is funny and engaging—he knows how to make lessons both informative and fun with his great sense of humor. One of the best things was the convenience—he offers door-to-door service, making scheduling lessons super easy. The individual lessons allowed me to focus on what I needed to improve, and he gave great tips that made me feel confident behind the wheel. If you’re looking for a skilled and supportive driving instructor, look no further!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great to practice your driving. The driving instructors are very patient with you and will get you through whatever you need to learn. My driving instructor was Daisy. She was very sweet and patient and taught you everything you need to know. She helped me pass my test in one try. I highly recommend to take driving courses here.

Experiencia negativa: Esperanza Velasquez was a client here recently, and she was also scammed , they only gave her two practice driving classes. Now she has called and they won’t answer her calls and she has checked the place in person and she wasn’t able to find it, the direction that was given was 1 Fulton ave hempstead but it doesn’t even exist. So for the people that want to learn to drive and think this is a good agency to learn , i dont recommended this agency because they are scammers.

Experiencia negativa: I called March 2 to set an appointment on March 4 to take a driving defense five hour course , The man I spoke to his name was Joseph . I get there today I go through a course and then I was handed a pre-licensing certificate. I had already just received one. I asked him what happened to the drivers defense course. He said I’m sorry you got this mixed up. I said you are a liar and give me my money back. He did not. I left. God will give it back to me but don’t trust this place I was just robbed not less than six hours ago !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to report this place to the Better Business Bureau !!!they just took my $60

Experiencia negativa: HORRIBLE!!! SCAMMED ME!!! Do not use baileys auto school. The instructors are incompetant, not punctual, and even scammed me. I paid for 10 lessons and he only gave me 9 and lied that we did all 10. For english speakers it will be hard to understand the thick spanish accents of the instructors. They did not teach for the road test. Did not go over the specifics of what road test instructors are looking for. Instead they spend hours wasting time on worthless ridiculously irrelevant rules of driving which is why i failed my test.
