Experiencia negativa: I would never trust this company all the reviews are true, they took my money and they are taking months and months and months to respond. Now they are telling me they want to transfer me to a different location. Now I’m worried they won’t give us our money back I’ll give you guys an update when we find out 3 months later.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT! use united driving school! They took my money refused to give my children the behind the wheel hours they needed and refused to give me a refund. They Suck! I REPEAT DO NOT USE united driving school! If the untied driving school has wronged you please call the MN DOT to file a complaint!

Experiencia negativa: My kid took his class here and it took a year after getting his permit to even get his first behind the wheel lesson. During this lesson he felt extremely unsafe with the instructor. I contacted the school and there decision was to refund me part of my fee and advice me to find a different driving school. They refused to give us a different instructor. This instructor had grabbed the wheel while he was driving and vaping while setting up cones and my mid said she smelled like Marijuana when she got back into the vehicle.

Experiencia negativa: I did not receive my lesson. I came to the school parking lot where I was supposed to meet with the instructor and walked around the parking lot, did not see anyone (at least outside of a car) Tried all the doors multiple times and realised they were closed, so I left. Returning my call, the manager was very unpatient while talking to me and she interrupted me a couple times. I found out from her that I was supposed to look for a car saying the name of the school. As a result, I got charged $77 fee for “not showing up”

Experiencia negativa: This place is ridiculous. Been waiting 5 months to get my kid scheduled for the behind the wheel and keep being told that the instructor is booked. So far we've been unable to get a refund or even talk to someone other than the receptionist. Very unprofessional to say the least. I had to give one star to post a review but they are completely undeserving of even the one star.

Experiencia negativa: Son passed the permit test, so the in-class part of the course must have been effective. Have been waiting 6+ months for a call to schedule the first behind-the-wheel lesson. Laughably poor service. Nobody answers the phone when you call to ask about scheduling. Wish I could get my money back.

Experiencia fantástica: The Drivers Ed course was extremely well taught. All of the material was thoroughly explained and the many worksheets were amazing for study guides while preparing me for my test. 10/10 recommend!! Definitely worth my time :))

Experiencia negativa: Only after enrolling my child for this course was I informed that they are not currently offering the permit tests in Winona. They have to be taken in Rochester! So now after already paying $350 for the class and drive time, I'm going to have to take a day off work to go sit with my child at the testing station in Rochester, which is first come first serve, and if he can't get in that day, I'm going to have to take another day off of work and go through the same thing again. This is information that was known when I spoke with the guy running the Winona school about enrolling my child, yet he failed to tell me of this rather large change during BOTH my calls with him. I cannot express on here how utterly disappointed and upset I am at this guy's complete lack of professionalism.
