Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with karlina, she was very consistent with her instructions and teaching on the roads. she made sure you were comfortable, and she started great conversations and made the experience great!

Experiencia fantástica: Learnt and passed fast with Lukas and he was easy to talk to and very supportive. Massivly helped me get a second test when failing my first so massive credit for that and would very highly recommend to all new drivers !

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had a great experience here so far. Especially with my in car driving instructor Karlina. She’s a very laid back instructor, easy to strike up conversation with on the long drives, and is a great teacher. She was very patient and helpful. Overall awesome experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I had Abby as my driving instructor, she didn't ever stress me out and she really helped me improve my driving. She made me feel confident in my driving abilities and I was able to pass my drivers test first try. Would definitely recommend!

Experiencia negativa: If giving 0 stars was an option, that is what I would do. I have called them at least a hundred times with no reply. I was finally able to get my in cars scheduled and when I got there, I waited for 15 minutes and no one showed. I called several times and as I expected, no answer. I ended up just leaving. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. DO NOT GO HERE.

Experiencia negativa: MOST HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. For months I encountered unanswered phone calls, no returned voicemails and no emails. When I finally reached someone I was told they were only able to take messages and I'd receive a call back. Which didn't come. Even after I had already paid $375 for the 8hr driving thinking that would help get a call back for scheduling, I was wrong. Eventually I got a answer from the most unprofessional woman I've ever spoken with. Straight away I was spoken to with annoyance and told I needed to submit everything before I could even schedule and even then there would be a waiting list. I quickly just said ok and got off the phone. I decided the next day to just get a refund the same woman answered and attempted to shout over me and cut me off going on about covid and them being allowed to take up to months to schedule and there are no refunds. I wasn't having it I reminded the woman she is a buisness, I'm an unhappy customer and I'll get my refund she again denied this, I then told her I'd dispute it to which she replied go ahead and do that and she hung up. I've since reported her to BBB which come to find out has revoked them.
