Experiencia negativa: They be at fault but they gonna go blame traffic and everything else just so you don’t get your refund back when they at fault pick up time at 2:30 you gonna text me at 2:22 talking about I’m in traffic knowing I’m 30 minutes from the DMV The people call talking about do you need us to get you a Lyft or do you got a ride to get up there? I said I can get up there. I’ll get up there. It’s like 304. It’s not until 320 but the DMV said you have to be there 20 minutes before. I’m waiting on her. She 40 minutes late. Acting like everything is fine knowing they was not gonna let me through because she was overly late I don’t know why she just didn’t call and say we had to schedule another day because I’m too late they unprofessional I’m calling them for new updates for my upcoming next driving test. They not sending me no emails no nothing but keep telling me we’re going to send it but don’t do it. This is why I want my refund because they unprofessional but they not gonna try to give me my refund just be taking people money to not do the job that you were supposed to be doing

Experiencia fantástica: I had taken lessons with other instructors before, but Jason was by far the best. His explanations were clear and effective, which made it much easier for me to understand and apply what he taught, especially when it came to parallel parking. I was almost certain I wouldn’t pass that section without his guidance. I may have been one of the weaker students he’s taught, but thanks to his patience and skill, I was still able to pass the exam. Beyond the lessons, Jason was incredibly kind. He waited while I completed my paperwork and even dropped me home. He’s not only an excellent instructor but also a genuinely friendly person. Experiencia fantástica: He is an excellent instructor! Very knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to offer helpful driving tips. His supportive teaching style makes learning both effective and enjoyable. And I’ve learned more from him than I did from my previous driving instructor.

Experiencia negativa: I booked for the 4 driving lessons back in November, I told the customer service rep that I could only take lessons on Sundays which he confirmed that everything was good to go. Came Sunday Nov 17th, no one showed up nor did the instructor call me. I contacted customer service and the representative was able to reschedule it to December. Second lesson same thing, no one shows up nor calls me. On December 2nd I called customer service and the representative stated that no one was available on Sunday only on Saturday. These people basically lied to me and now they are refusing to give me my money back. I keep calling asking for my refund and they keep telling me a supervisor is going to call me back and nobody does. This is very unprofessional.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing experience with AllN1 Driving School. I booked a road test appointment 20 days in advance in Covington, as I needed it that week before moving out of the city. Just 3 hours before the appointment, Juwan Smith called me and wanted me to cancel/reschedule it due to maintenance. I was assured during the call that I would receive a full refund since the cancellation was on their end. Now after 1 week of no proper communication, they refuse to refund me, citing their policy, even though I was not at fault. I paid $200 in advance and cannot reschedule because I’m leaving the city. If you have a constrained timeline or a busy schedule, I would suggest not to book their services This is highly unprofessional and unfair.

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed in the customer service. Our lesson has been canceled twice for different reasons. They have no availability when you have to reschedule due to their doing not ours. Website does not reflect current availability. Hoping the third booking takes place.

Experiencia negativa: Worst service ever, driving never showed, Juwan Smith promise my refund as he could not explain why instructor never showed, Ricky newgent is the only one that can refund , call multiple times, sent emails n still getting the runaround, the worst, make sure to pay with a credit card so u can contact credit card company, my mistake was not doing that, cause they offer to have me Zelle it,

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter had Whitney as her instructor. Whitney was very prompt, she contacted me a few hours prior to the appointment. My daughter said she gave great instruction. Most importantly my teen was very comfortable with Whitney. We look forward to more lessons in the future!

Experiencia fantástica: Whitney a driving instructor for All N 1 Driving School greatly is appreciated by me. She has helped me and improved my parking in all aspects just 2 weeks before my parking lot test to get my license. I was fine with driving but my parking was a very weak point and I’m thankful for the time she has given me to help me pass my test for my license. Not only did it help me for the test but it will for sure help me in the future especially parallel parking she helped me master that technique as well. I’m again very thankful for her time in assisting me.

Experiencia fantástica: My instructor Whitney Reid was amazing. She was really chill person and helped me grasp the basics of driving. She let my attempt things on my own and if I made a mistake she’d let me know it’s ok, she let me know where I went wrong and guided me on how to do things the right way. I feel like a much better driver.

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoyed my lessons with ALL N 1, especially the one I had the day before my road test. Whitney was a great instructor, who gave me easy and memorable tips on how to park for my test. She was very encouraging throughout the whole lesson. Her great teaching led me to make a 96 on my road test! I would recommend that everyone book her for your lessons.
